Meet Judy Stern; a Master teacher of the Alexander Technique, Physical Therapist, and one of my many educators from my teacher training program at ACAT (The American Center for the Alexander Technique). Not only is she full of wisdom, inspiration, and humor, but she's also a wonderful storyteller!
