Salt 3/4tsp
Rede Chili 1/2tsp
Paprika 1/2tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2tsp
Ginger Powder 1pinch
Citric Acid 1pinch
Black Pepper 1tsp
Ajinomoto 1/2tsp
Coating-
Flour 4cups
Salt 1tbs
White Pepper 1tbs

No recipe in the world can beat albaik's recipe at all. The quality of chicken that they use is exceptional. Nothing tastes like albaik. That is the only broast that i am ready to spend my money on

The are having Natural blessings bcz they donate 1 riyal sadqa on every sale , i m a broast lover n i never eate such broast in pakistan which i had from Akbaik in madina n makkah while i was there in 2018

There are other brands now in Saudi Arabia which tastes way better than Albaik. For instance, TAZA. Whenever I crave for broast, I only go for TAZA ❤
