I never had albaik garlic sauce I just wanted to make a simple garlic sauce and this came up bonus points for it being eggless too. It was soooooo tastyyy thanks for this amazing recipe for sure gonna make it again also I added black paper and sugar at the very last

Well, it does taste like al-baik!!! The indian guy gave the exact recipe of Al-Baik garlic sauce. I am from Jeddah Saudi Arabia and I confirm that al baik sauce has corn starch and milk/or Yogurt in it to give it that flavor. The normal oil garlic cloves salt lemon and ice cube version is the traditional toum sauce which you can find in al Tazaj and other shawerma grill lebanese and syrian restaurants. But not albaik.
1/3 cup is 113 grams but in description you noted 70 grams of jellied corn flour? Also It’s not transparent. Transparent means see through like clear water. This is cloudy or translucent. Thanks for posting the update though.
Aoa As water is recommended for extended life of sauce. Will water is friendly with emulsification process? AND Will cream of tarter or any other preservative would be used for such purpose?

Well, we have added 9 pieces of garlic in it. Everything was perfect just, taste of garlic was too much. Next time, i would add 4 to 5 pieces only.

Well, it does taste like al-baik!!!
The indian guy gave the exact recipe of Al-Baik garlic sauce.
I am from Jeddah Saudi Arabia and I confirm that al baik sauce has corn starch and milk/or Yogurt in it to give it that flavor.
The normal oil garlic cloves salt lemon and ice cube version is the traditional toum sauce which you can find in al Tazaj and other shawerma grill lebanese and syrian restaurants. But not albaik.
Tried ths nd turned out too good bs garlic flavour tura zydha mehsus hu raha hai... i will recommend 5 glovs is much more then enougf
