Broasted is a trademark brand from an American company , you need to buy the machines from this company, to be called broasted, in venezuela we have it since the 60s . Yes it’s yummy . 😊
I don't know but there's something about mark that everytime I watch him eat,it seems like as if I'm also eating his food in that same moment he was eating!!!and I really admire u as a vlogger mr.mark wiens!!I'm always looking forward of watching to your new videos...I'm proud to say that I've also tasted that broasted chicken, coz I've worked there in Saudi for 3 yrs,and everytime I go out for a grocery,I also buy broasted chicken...al baik is phenomenal!!very juicy broasted chicken I've ever tasted in k.s.a.
here's how you can make a quick home version of that Garlic sauce if you wanna try it, it's Amazing with chicken Or fries:
add to a blender :
2 egg whites
a tea spoon of white vinegar or squeez of lemon
4 or 5 Garlic cloves
salt
then start adding about a cup of sunflower oil or vegetable oil slowly until you get the consistency of mayonnaise
that's it.
there are other ways to make it using potato or corn starch but this is the easier way for making small quantities at home, and they taste Identical.
Will try it thx for suggesting the recipe

That chicken with the chili oil in it looks so good we might have to try it whenever my family gets the chance to go to Dubai that garlic sauce is called Toum which is a staple of Lebanese cuisine.😁
AL Baik is lovely we enjoy this when we visit Saudia Arabia
Al baik is one of the reasons i love being from saudi arabia
The funny thing about Al-Baik is that even when the line is full, they dish out orders very quickly. I remember, back then you were given a number with a group letter. like A1 to C99. but still very quick. hehehe. I miss this a lot.
Y'all might think he is exaggerating but people genuinely love albaik that much lol!
The team behind Mark abroad is commendable I know its not a work of just one person , behind these places and video title and food selection there is a whole strategic team . Kudos to them the way they understand audience mind what audience want 👏 👌
