Albaik is the famous fried chicken of Saudia Arabia. This fried chicken has a very unique flavour which you can't find in other fried chicken chains. Albaik chicken nuggets are also different from KFC or any other fast food, albaik uses chicken fillet in their nuggets. Below is the closest recipe of albaik chicken nuggets.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 1kg
Black Pepper 1.5tsp
White Pepper 1/2tsp
Salt 1.5tsp
Paprika 1/2tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2tsp
Ginger Powder 1/4tsp
Hot Sauce 2tbs
Vinegar 1tbs
Onion Water 1.5tbs
Utensils:
Fridge for Freezing Meat
Zipper Bag
Meat mallet or Rolling pin
Pan for Frying

I made these today… spent 11 years in saudia and ate AlBaik there countless times… and these nuggets literally tasted like Albaik nuggets .. almost 90% Like those .. ❤ kids also gave them full marks 😊

I have not heard you mention about keeping raw chicken away from other ingredients, and I never hear you mention the vital need of handwashing after handling raw chicken before touching other ingredients.
