1 kg chicken recipe
15 gm salt
20g chilli powder
7.5gm garlic powder
2.5ginger powder
2.5 gm citric acid
7.5gm chicken powder
2.5 gm turmeric
2.5gm mustard powder
5gm chaat masala
10gm Msg
For extra spiciness add
2.5 gm Chilli flakes
