Dear Buildofy Viewers, We are so glad that you love our videos. We give our best shot to find interesting projects across the country. However, do suggest in the comments section - a wish list of Indian architects and houses you would like to see. We will try to get the best to get them for you.
Jagdeep ji, while constructing my house i realized, you get jaquar diverter for 1500 also and 10000 also. It is just that how the 1500 one is presented makes the architect. Here the architect has really used some low cost material to come up with a masterpiece. I am pretty sure you will achieve stuff :)
This must be one of the most well made houses in this series. The massing, the spaces and the choice of materials is top notch. It has a modern and contemporary design without being flashy. And it has earthiness without the jarring qualities that extreme earthiness can sometimes cause. Best wishes to the architect.
Capturing natural sky light in the morning (eastern sun) and afternoon (western sun) and allowing cool ventilation is a brilliant and thoughtful design. Thank you for highlighting the important features that are often overlooked.
I like how you have related to the direction of the Sunlight from morning to evening, that's the sign of a great architect. Without maximum use of sunlight in today's modern homes people are having vitamin D deficiency and other related health and mind issues with artificial lights. The old courtyard homes were the best for nature to come into your homes..you have done your best and that is great, keep creating..
Dear Sir, I've been fascinated by may architecture videos on Buildofy, and all over TH-cam. But this one is so far the best. It not only focuses on the larger market segment in INDIA by what they can afford but also something so beautiful is possible in so little. This is what I'd like me parents to be in someday
Watching this again and loving it. You should change your name from techno architects to earthy architects. That’s what we need in the days of tech overload
Its amazing to know that you can build a marvelous house in a 2400 square feet plot. I've always felt you need to go past 3000 square feet, to construct a tasteful house. Kudos to the designer 👏
Very pleasing architecture. It blends with traditional look of Malleshwaram(one of my favorite locations in BLR!). Also I would like to compliment the video team for excellent presentation. Congrats
Better than drawing and explaining, show the rooms . Those interested people comes show them drawing in details..it is my personal suggestion. The building is perfect but the output showing can't understand is it 100% perfect
I am just 20. My parents were not able to have their own house in Bengaluru in anywhere. And wts always insulting is that I live in a house which is not mine, so that's wt made me to study hard and wish to have a super beautiful House in Bangalore's most prominent area in future with all my efforts🥺❤️. Hope I will do it....
I like the videos. This is the 3rd video of Mr. Rajesh Shivaram I watched. One unique point of all these 3 is all the properties have 2 trees adjacent to the property & the entire design is centered to it. The first 2 being vanasu & a house with chettinad courtyard
India is blessed to have such Brilliant Architects. The World needs to adopt Indian Architecture philosophy, moving away from ugly glass facades and more of the natural, earthern, brick, clay, terracotta & jaali themes.
I think it is compact because 2400sqft site area and G+2 construction with no setback at the back side but only 2 bedrooms.... I liked the material pallate etc..but really speaking 2 bedrooms only did not make sense or did i miss something :)

@buildofy
Need videos on Small houses as well. :)
We want more detailed videos, especially one should show the entire house in one go at last minute
I have viewed a lot of house architecture videos and I have come to the conclusion that I am constraint by money to make my ideas into reality
You can achieve your dream with minimal budget also but one has to cut out on unnecessary material cost just to flex to the society
Try tiny/ small house.. And to be frank I'm watching this just to realize what I don't need and definitely avoid:). Kinda ruined 'compact' for me!

Ar. Rajesh is very learned & highly respected architect - we learn so much by stretching more under his guidance for client happiness.
This is the way to go! I love these compact home designs! Very well done. Hats off to you sir!

Simplicity justified with creativity and natural light
I like this architect more than anyone else. He explains the entire thing with such simplicity, excellent blend of showcasing design and actual house.
One of the Best Design, maybe because highly relevant.
The architect explained it very well. Thankyou. A very well made house indeed.
Brilliant design and execution. Kudos!

Brilliant house but I do not understand why architects keep mentioning 2400 is modest plot. Its a big plot to build a house for most Indians.
So true 🙄
For anyone ! Check with your friends in New York, California, London or hongkong ! 2400 plot os like a mansion for these guys Also !!
Because bigger plot =bigger 💰💰💰
Everything is relative..😀
I so look forward for any video on the compact home series.

2,400 sf really isn’t compact; it’s actually larger than average.
Very pleasing architecture. It blends with traditional look of Malleshwaram(one of my favorite locations in BLR!). Also I would like to compliment the video team for excellent presentation. Congrats
What a job! Man. Earthern materials, space usage, lights, wowowowow

The explanation is so so helpful for a student like me.. very well explained sir. Thanks
Quadrant is term used to describe equal 4 parts of an area ; you used this term so liberally everywhere I got confused .

Beautiful! One question...the use of jali is now more often .....does.that not let mosquito indoors?
👍👌Very thoughtful Design, in given constraints. Constraints, any metro will have. Nicely executed with good finish.

Hi, in the elevation, have you used brick cladding or actual brick wall ?
As always beautiful. What's the price of plot ? i mean is buildofy takes projects less then 1 cr. ?
What makes you think 2400 sqft is a compact home man ?? 😂
This guy would be living in 7200 sqft.
