@@AshleyHaliczer you need to network to get your AEs on your side when you’re an SDR which will lead to them throwing you opportunities. Then network with different leaders to find the best territory as an AE to sell for. Success is all based on territory and timing and not all sales roles within Oracle are created equal.
@ you need to be on video with customers. People are much more likely to lie on just the phone with no video. Face to face is important to be able to instill confidence when speaking with the customer & to assess the customer’s facial and body language as you present to test how engaged they actually are in the conversation. Face to face gives us a lot more information to work with to understand and influence customers.
