I was a BDR at Oracle at one of their business divisions. I just rated a mentorship to become a SA/SE and at Oracle's new FY25 fiscal year (in June), they dissolved the entire SDR org and outsourced to India. These things happen.
This is all so true. Been in car sales for 6 years and gearing up to transition to tech sales and doing my “footwork” I have seen this be the case in that industry as well. Not deterred in any way.

Not necessarily, keep the job while you interview elsewhere. You’ll have a leg up if it’s positioned properly
