Would you recommend doing both mobility and functional patterns? Dude from functional patterns said that mobility and yoga is useless So i don’t know what to think anymore
Lol they are nuts, it’s all good. It depends on where you are in your life. Nothing is useless. I think building high quality muscle is the most important, followed by cardiovascular training followed by mobility/functional patterns stuff.
