My LGS is doing a very similar format, except it's 3 rares, 9 uncommons, and 3 of each common, and you're only allowed 1 card from MUL. I've been doing pretty well with a WBg Yorion phyrexian list using a bunch of ETB: incubate stuff that can be blinked with Yorion. Other decks I'm most curious to try are WU knights and BR lurrus/kroxa control. I do think Ragavan is being overrated. He might be good if there's a really good red aggro list, but he's generally pretty irrelevant when drawn any turn after turn 1, and there are tons of removal spells that kill him on 2 or blockers that stop him on 2, which means most of the time you need to have him T1 AND be on the play for him to properly take off. I think the number of games where he runs away with it are very few and far between. I'd much much rather have my rare slot have a very high impact card like sunfall personally. Yes I actually watched the whole thing btw. My desire for card reviews is insatiable lol.
