No is not worth it! Take all the pain and cure yourself, is freaking painfull you miss them like hell, but please as hard as it can be, get over it and move on. This is damage people and they will damage your brain, specially dismissive avoidants.
A lot of people do end up coming to this realization. It can be hard when you’re in the middle of it because you love them. But chances are that person isn’t going to change
@CoachTynell 12 years & a child with one and she broke up by a text as soon as i got to my office on a monday morning. After a couple of months she starting to come around a little but i cant do this again. I gave 100% & she gave maybe 5%
She dumped me out of nowhere, I went no contact, she asked to get back together, she left again. After 6 years, that's it, it never changes. Don't listen to all these TH-cam "Coaches" who tell you how to get your ex back, they will leave you again unless they get help (very unlikely).
@@indiana091 Of course its a no if you already had a long roller-coaster of avoidant doom. I meant generally. Not all avoidants are like burning dumpsters. Some less severe cases dont show their colors for months into the relationship.

Absolutely not worth it.

@@CoachTynell 11 months strict no contact. I’m doing much better. Not dating but much happier and healthier.

So, when it happens the first time, set a boundary of having to go to therapy. If they refuse, stop deluding yourself.
@@MarkoKraguljac How about no!

Unless you’re Krazy with the K than yes, go ahead and keep wasting your time on someone that’s not mentally able to meet you at the level you’d like.
