What is an owners recourse when you find faulty work from work done on your chimney, but you didn't know about it until you need a roof, and the roofer points out the issue with the chimney? Also, what do you recommend be done when a contractor agrees to install a liner for the vapors from your water heater, central air, etc, and none was installed by the workers; however, years have passed, but you didn't know this until a roofer points it out?
