Seems that have having a payout rate itself should be illegal. It’s wrong for the machine itself prevents a win instead of player skill.
But without a payout rate they can't have the good prizes in there. Every. Single. Machine is rigged, all in their own ways

This should be not be legal. For the user, the game appears like a game of skill, while it is actually a game of luck. That's fraud IMO. They should have to place a huge sticker onto it: Mostly based on luck, not skill!

I just played this game, and the key actually went through, skinned, then came back out. But the Nintendo switch didnt come out smh... I'm pissed, I went to the Skyzone manager and they said to contact the vending company. I called went to voicemail then I sent an e-mail. I better get something because I'm livid.

If this is that big of a scam, than what about slot machines? They are also on a payout system and are made to become addictive so you keep giving them your cash. That is why gambling addictions are so common. It is not just arcade games.
Torey Beauchum there was this one machine in a magazine joint that wasn’t based off payout and was based on skill, called winners ringer. I won’t 3 times on that machine on 3 separate days. Went home with $400, a PS4 and iPad Air. Wish they never closed that joint down

I saw one of these in the city and I won a bunch of Nintendo Switch controllers(4 wired ($50AU each), 1 wireless($100AU)) and a mini drone ($90AU) within the past year, all on the bottom row.
Mainly because I figured out that said row pays out every 2 weeks on average. I usually spend no more than $5 at a time ($2.50 per game) and around $10 or less when it's due. Thank you for showing me how to do it.

Guys I suer to god this is true one time I tried key master and I got the key in side the key hole to win an iPhone 5s but nothing dropped we told the staff they said it's not our problem a day or two later same thing happened with my friend

That's almost as bad as when I played the cut a rope game at my local mall in the main entrance area. An IPad was dangling with a rope almost cut. I saw it, walked up, put my dollar in, up...over...release...cut cut cut...AND...the IPad drops into the prize drawer...catch is...the security hatch closed when MY IPad dropped, therefore blocking the prize door from opening all the way. The machine starts to beep loudly and a recording of a lady saying error...error...error...So I called the company. They told me "Thanks for letting us know, we'll send an attendant." I asked them what about my prize? They told me "Oh...the machine was experiencing an error...I think it wasn't so set to pay out...so you actually didnt win." I was livid! I gave the lady on the phone a piece of my mind and she hung up on me! While I was on the phone, a mall cop came up and looked at the machine. I told him what happened. He told me "well I'm going to unplug it because the alarm is disturbing other patrons of the mall." He unplugged it and wrote an out of order sign. I was totally upset and so mad. The total easy come, easy go story. I never did to this day own an IPad. Sad, but true.
I think this trick might work for key master.
First put in a dollar in, then angle your prize.
Go up but put it down a centimeter then the trick might work. It will go a centimeter up then you will get a prize.

For me the biggest challenge wasn't to win. The challenge was how do you even play this thing. 😂 Mine has rather vague instructions, so i was trying yo see how this friggin thing even works.
