D-ray, im sure you know this but years ago i used to put muratic acid in with a hand full of 1/4-20 nuts and strap the tank into my paint mixer on slow and run it 10-15min then flip it and do it again and some times tank would be so clean no need for epoxy mix..D
Hey D-ray, I have a 85 Honda 200x gastank that is rusting out (typical), and it's to the point it's seepin from under the paint, will this liner seal the small holes that are causing it to seep thru the paint? I'd appreciate the help buddy -Dylan

I use mek for the first stage. We do lots of gear work for crab fishing so we have gallons of mek around. Don't breath deep haha!

You could have just flipped the tank, and let gravity drain all the water out. :o)

will the acid wash take out an old tank liner that's peeling out
