Wow! So many great layouts. That tornado module is really cool! I am a weather nerd and am just starting to explore the model railroad hobby. I had never even thought of incorporating weather until I saw a video of yours that had a thunderstorm! Love it.

There was a lot of good stuff in this segment. I liked the tornado module and several of the other ones are making good progress, especially the lighting. I also have a loop under my TV. I have a TV stand with a fake fireplace in it and one Christmas, I put a 2x4 plywood covered in white felt with a small oval of unitrak in order to make a little n scale Christmas display (in addition to my Lionel setup under the Christmas tree). After Christmas, I decided it was handy to have a “test loop” for the my locomotives that I’m converting from DC to DCC and also to test my 3d printed rolling stock. A couple years later, that loop is still under the TV and usually has a few things on it. There’s no scenery or buildings, though.
Just an FYI, there is lightning going on in that tornado module. It’s kind of hard to tell from my pics. I couldn’t send the video of it in operation (Yahoo didn’t like the file size😢). It also is my power point for my modules using NCE Powercab and WiFiTraxx system. The lightning can draw power from either the Powercab or track power if I’m running at a show. 😊
