where do you stand with alcohol? I decided to quit it for this year but i'm interested to heaer what other people think about it. I'ts such a big part of student life so i feel soooo left out when i choose not to use it and you really can't stay at the club while sober lol
Hi Sophie, hi to all the girls here, I have completed your workout guide and am now doing it again (the four day split). Do you have any specific progression scheme for - for example seated cable rows? Do you sometimes just perform the first set with the new heavier weight and the other two with the next lighter weight? The increments of the weight stacks are quite big in my gym. If I perform all sets with the new heavier weight, my reps would drop too much (for instance 11,8,6 although the target rep range is 3x12 reps). Could you help me? Are there any other good methods? Thank you 😘
Hey Sophie! I have been lifting for 1 year but I had to stop training for 17 days due to medical reasons. I continue eating intutively (I am a bit less hungry though since I dont workout) . How much do you think will this affect my body? (If anyone has had a similar experience it would be really appreciated).
I would not think about it. I stop working out 2-3 weeks a couple of times during the year, due to school and exams. I just take it a little bit easy the first week, and after that everything is back to normal, and I feel and look exactly the same! Just nourish your body with good foods, and think of it as a rest period for your body :)
