    Lunges are super tricky for me. Especially curtsy lunges. I always feel like my balance between my two legs aren’t quite right and I get wobbly. Thank you so much for explaining this in detail! Very much appreciated! ❤

    Thanks so much for posting these Heather! I appreciate learning good form on all of the exercises and love the modifications. Getting back into working out after a long bout with COVID and the holidays and it's like starting over. I'll be using them to help me get back into shape. 🥰
