Madam are you not aware that traders and investors are being ruined by the fact that Bank Nifty index has
only 12 scripts which is causing high volatility thereby making it prune to manipulation by a few operators . For God sake make it minimum 25-30 scrips. If you don't have no of eligible banks for this please merge FinNifty and Bank nifty . You need to seriously think about it if you are really interested in protecting market and

SEBI is trying to be relevant , Finfluencers isn't the issue. issue is jane street, cabal of brokers who slow down servers during main events, front runners
The peoblem is not about registration,if I register and srtup an office with people who are not registered ,can you still contjnue to be registered? That is the loophole

Why sebi always come on fin influencers, politicans come on tv and say buy karo mkt badhega, tab kya sota hein kya sebi.
Sebi is a toothless regulator working against the retail investors. SEBI is barking up the wrong tree. Go after operators and stop daily expiry. The fin influencers are not the problem.
