I think I didn't use the exact spices - I used whatever I could get and the main thing is that I used the precook and pre saute method that made it fast and delicious! Thank you - I've been eating too much of it now - I need to slow down as its taking a toll on my tummy - but so yummy and addictive!! :)

In the absence of mustard powder, can I use Dijon mustard ? I hv read it’s a good substitute for mustard powder but I’m not too sure if it’s a good option while preparing pickles. Please advise.
can u please also show how to make meetha nimbu ka achaar? I m expect n craving for that a lot and not able to find a good taste in store bought one. :(

This will keep for max 10-15 days, however if you make in bulk then avoid using a wet spoon then it would keep for as month if refrigerated..
