    Maganda po talaga pagkakaexplain sa Basics #1 and #2. Nakuha ko rin po yung how to manage the actual fire pero may ilang katanungan po sana ako.
    1. Naintindihan ko po kung paano imaintain yung smoke pero paano po ma-ensure clean smoke palagi?
    2. Tuwing kailan po iaapply yung sprinklers?
    Sana po masagot niyo po or baka macover sa ibang episodes. Salamat!

      Proper air flow po. Meaning, bukas po ang opening on both ends (firebox air intake and smoke stack). Kapag maganda po airflow, gaganda po ang supply ng hangin sa inputs (wood and charcoal), kapag sapat po ang hangin gaganda po ang sunog ng inputs. Good burn will result to clean fire and will translate to clean smoke.😊
