Yes sir usual practice po na kapag wrapped na, you can ramp up temp 250-275f

Ako personally ang tagal ko din ginamit yung manga pero kasi yung manga namin 3yrs ng patay bago natumba nung nag odette kaya cured na talaga. Ok naman kinakalabasan ng product. Pero ngayon d ko na ginagamit kasi nakahanap na ko supplier ng santol at ipil ipil. Sir alfred kelan ulit next meat up natin this year? para maka pa book na ko ulit maka balik Manila. Hi Sir. Ask ko lang po kapag after ng pre heat ng 225-255 sa umpisa and kapag nalagay na yung meat need ba imaintain ng 225-255f yung temp ng smoker?
Within smoking temp range po sir. Di po need nakapako sa 250f. 225f -275f smoking telp range. Pero ideal po 250f ang maintaining.
