You are hilarious. Nothing beats going down a crocodile-infested river on a swimming tree with Captain Mustapha... too funny.... calm look on your face, priceless. Love your story telling. Bravo
Beautiful video I enjoyed very much. You definitely have a gift. The photography, editing, music, and narration are excellent. What an adventure for you. Best!
Oh how I miss the jungle noises. When I was sent to boarding school, my father made me a tape of the jungle noises so I could fall asleep, England was way too quiet a night for me to sleep lol
I just love your travel videos......wish one day I could travel all these places specially Morocco and French and Austrian Alps, Lake Cumo...Thank You..
The 5 people that gave this a thumbs down are Idiots that probably never leave the house and don't know how to ride a scooter let alone a motorcycle. Meanwhile Got2Go is riding through Africa. Awesome Videos!!!!
Frankly, this trip ended well , but could have put you in lots of trouble. I'm amazed that you put yourself in such a situation. There are things that you don't do and risks that you don't take, in Africa or anywhere else!
“If you ever come to Tiwai Island Wildlife Sanctuary ask for Captain Mustafa for the boat ride of your life”. No thank you! I would rather watch Lea’s TH-cam video from the safety of my living room! Thank you for the nice episode, I am really enjoying them.
Luis Braz-Ruivo glad that you join the journey. Guess it will be a long time anyways until these parts of the world will be open to travel again due to COVID 😔
You certainly know how to have an adventure! Great episode. The next time my truck breaks down I shall tell them the stick broke!😂. Captain Mustafa and his crew got you home safely that’s the main thing and a lovely camp fire 🔥 to finish off the already warm evening. What more could you ask?
Lovely adventure travel you are doing, I'm very happy to follow you and others round the world travel. My wife and I usually travel around South America and Europe by motorbike when its possible. Congratulation, and if you ever come to Brazil, look for us.
its really super nice sharing your travel video but do not get over concentrated on it ... it will make you sought if over committed and finally the real purpose of the travel may change...sorry if i am wrong...
Aruvi S don’t worry about that. I always loved to take pictures and little videos mostly as „souvenirs“ for myself because it’s the best to remember things - so this has been part of my travel routine since I can remember. I as well always wrote articles and produced content out of my traveling to earn money with selling them to magazines and newspapers, that’s nothing new to me. TH-cam is a new channel though and I really love the work here because I learn so much with it and that has always been Part of me - trying out new things. But to avoid what you are writing about I decided to not share „live“ from my journeys on all my social media platforms and do that cutting afterwards when I am back, because I want to travel full time and not just have the feeling that I need to experience something to be able to share it constantly.
Your face said it all in the boat, you looked scared to death! Out of interest despite being a huge hairy old biker I would have been too LOL! I'll stay on land. Another lovely video of a superb place & people.
Paul Cosgrove yes i was very much between horrible fear, fascination and a big love for this unbelievable remote nature. I have to admit though: I trusted captain Mustafa all the Time that he would bring us home safely 😁
3:16 - Funny how similar some things can be between peoples so far apart - our traditional boats here are made the same way .. just from a single tree trunk .. mainly aspen .. and are still used on rivers and lakes today. Our boat belongs also to the UNESCO World Heritage List .. which we're quite proud about, lol. However, as we don't have any crocks here, using those boats is much safer than in Africa 😄
Francis Amara yes, that’s why I as well say „basically no ATMs“. We have not been to Freetown so I don’t know how the situation is there (always a hustle to get on a motorcycle in big cities) but not one single place that we went to and asked for it had any - and Bo for example is not a very small town. I can only talk from my experience - but the locals in Bo told us that there are no working ATMs anywhere besides of Freetown. As I mostly travel overland with avoiding big cities when possible, in my reality that is „basically no atms“ indeed. Or at least: „no ATMs reachable for me“ 😅
I am wondering, did you use the local guide or translator along this journey? I suppose the there was the language barrier in communication with the local. By the way, this is the best travel journey film, hope you will get more subscriber in the future. Greetings from Indonesia..you should come to my country..:)

And: definitely nothing more. 😁
This boat ride is still one of my dearest memories of this journey...
Wow beautiful place
haha great Mustafa was super cool CAPTAIN...🚤
Aruvi S the best! 😍
I would have freaked out on that canoe trip, getting dumped into crocodile-infested waters would be terrifying! Wonderful video.
Troy Brown even though I was not in the water myself I was scared for our captain and his trainee!
Hammer geil! Du hast meinen ganz großen Respekt💪
Great views even with the fog.
Careful with crocodiles aren't friendly....
Stay healthy, see you soon.

Hope the videos come in more frequently.
For now it’s once a week every Thursday. Unfortunately can’t handle much more cutting a week. But we will see, maybe I get more quick soon. 😁

I believe you went to Kambama, Tiwai is the island over the river with eleven species of primates and nice sandy beach.
Takes a little bravery huh?
Sounds like me!
Thank you very much Madam

No we didn’t have any translator - but in this case captain Mustafa spoke enough words English to tell us some details about tiwai island! ☺️😍
