- Most of us crave hangover food, and I'm no different. It's too easy to order in a Maccy's breakfast. But lets face it, they really aren't that good. Here I make a really simple homemade Mcdonald's Sausage & Egg Mcmuffin!

Ingredients for 2
2 muffins
160g (5.6oz) minced pork (add more if you like larger patties)
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp onion granules
pinch of sugar
salt & pepper

I’m told I’m picking the accent up. Loughborough is 15 miles south so you’re very close! I was once trolled by an American who added he can’t understand me and had to add English subtitles!
