- Hey there fellow thermie fans. Here I'm sharing another one of my favourite TM6 recipes, the classic British Side dish - Cauliflower Cheese. This is all too often made with packet cheese sauces. Making your own fresh sauce in the Thermomix really does make all the difference. We'll also be steaming our cauli in the TM6. I can't recommend this dish enough.

I can maybe take a look at that. I mainly only need to use the self clean function. Occasionally I have to remove the blade and scrub the bottom of the bowl. Do you have any cleaning tips to share? Thanks for your ongoing support 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF

Thank you for the video. Today i used mine for the first time, bologna’s sauce which was okay but room for improvement. Your cauliflower cheese looks pretty good and so easy that i will try this week. I would be interested to see a video on the automatic cleaning please as I haven’t got that far in the book and ended up handwashing.
Hello again. Nice to here you’ve completed your first cook! They are simple to use hey. Th cauliflower cheese is delicious and really benefits from a scratch cheese sauce. To be honest Andrew, me neither! But my wife loves it. This cheese sauce really does transform the dish though so I hope you try it.
As for the baking kit, I haven’t ordered it as I already have a Meater Bluetooth probe which I use for my BBQ so I’m happy using that.
As for the Ninja, I absolutely wouldn’t be without it!! Have you got one?
@@RichieTheFoodie Hi Richie I also have a Probe already as I have a Meater one but as my Thermomix Consultant sent me the info and ask if I was interested in the bundle I thought I would get as it was I think £68 all in and as it’s for the TM5\6 I thought I would add it to my Arsenal 😋
Don’t get me started on Ninja, yes I do have the Dual Zone but it’s the newer Version, what do you think of the Probe that comes with it Mate?
I find it’s not very good like the one with my 15 in 1 cooker.
Our kitchen is a Ninja Zone, last item Ninja Stainless Steel Kettle which I have to admit is Superb IMO 😋
@@andrewthomas3270 thanks bundle for the tm6 actually sounds like decent value. How does the probe perform? My ninja doesn’t have a built in probe, it must be one of the older ones I guess. I like ninja products too. I might have already mentioned, but I have the bbq smoker which is fantastic!
What is the duel tray please?
