Robinsons Magnolia is a shopping mall owned and operated by Robinsons Malls. The six level mall expansion is now finished with a new foodcourt called Public eatery with a lot of new food choices,An arcade a church an office tower and a hotel.
One of the first things you might notice upon entering Robinsons Magnolia's new wing from Doña Hemady Street (the space was once an open parking lot), is a garden situated at the center of the complex-a sprawling green space that will soon feature cool artworks all around. Plus, it's a pet-friendly mall.
Paying homage to the famous ice cream house, Robinsons Magnolia is a multi-storey shopping mall with a distinct mix of shops and restaurants for the entire family. The fashion forward will delight in international brands and popular local retailers. There are many reasons why Robinsons Magnolia is the new favorite place to shop and unwind for family and friends.
Aside from its interesting mix of shops, the mall easily stands out for its elegant and spacious interiors. Conceptualized by global design firm RTKL, Robinsons Magnolia's lay-out highlights both the relaxing ambience of an outdoor setting and the cool comforts of sleek interior spaces. Inside, the mall boasts of a grand entrance lobby, and spacious hallways that lead to a four-level al fresco area that overlooks The Plaza, a lushly landscaped open space dotted with water features and an area for live entertainment.
The Plaza is where the new Ice Cream House can be found, serving the same old concoctions that we so love. The mall is Wifi enabled, is PWD-friendly, has babycare facilities, a Customer Pay Lounge, Valet Service, and monitored taxi service. A concierge facility is also on hand to provide the best customer service. The old Magnolia Ice Cream House may be no more but in Robinsons Magnolia, there is now a wonderful new place to create happy, lasting memories.
The Magnolia Dairy Products Plant was established in 1970 when Magnolia transferred production from its original 1925-era factory in Quiapo, Manila. Designed by Leandro Locsin, The plant produced ice cream, milk, butter, margarine and processed cheese. The property where the plant stood was owned by San Miguel Corporation, which also owned the Magnolia brand.
In 2008, SMC sold the property to Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), a subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. News reports cited that the property was sold reportedly in the amount of P1.6 billion. The property was developed by RLC into a mall (Robinsons Magnolia) and residential condominiums (The Magnolia Residences.

Kya aside from Ayala malls i like how Robinsons develop their malls at sa pagbubukas ng OPUS MALL ito na ang pagsisimula nila sa pagtatayo ng UPSCALE MALL hopefully they will build unique mall concepts nationwide
