Funny! The new airport budget is only 7billion pesos. And I think the construction is on hold because the owner got the deal to modernised the old Manila airport.

How many Agencies both ( Government & Private) Road Engrs and U.P. Scientists were involved? Are foreign contractors aware of flooding, and drainage systems affected by the TUNNEL UNDER GROUND. DOTr should explain explore possible routing of drainage systems which are affected by underground TUNNEL. As it is now, even isolated rains cause FLOODING IN NCR. What
more during heavy rains and typhoons which are soon coming? You need to explain the SCOPE OF WORKS otherwise you will be in BIG TROUBLE . Look, what happened to the DOLOMITE BEACH. During the past administration, U.P. scientists explained that Dolomite is not appropriate in the filling up of the Mla. BAY seaside but DENR did not relent. NOW what we have is a wasted Mla Bay beach. In EUROPEAN COUNTRIES DOLOMITE USED ASPHALTING ROADS/ STREETS.

Projects initiated by former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte under the Buil,Build, Build Projects. Airports in Cebu Mactan International and Domestic. The best airport in Asia including Clark Airport and other big cities in the Philippines. This is a testament how the President initiated to start the Philippines development program. All of unfiñished projects continued by Marcos. Boracay is now the best tourists destination. Construction of roads, drainage and water treatment. The gov't has now harvesting the fruits of what was constructed by Duterte admin. Marikina's flooding for a long decades has been solved by removing the silts and other foreign materials. The river is also widened and depends. Legacies of Duterte and what is it now? People are free from floodings.

Projects has long been designed way back presidents before Dutae, and has been implemented only under Dutae administration and continued by PBBM. Just ask DPWH and you will know when it was designed.

If you tour other countries in Asia or aound the world, makokompara mo na ang layo ng pagkahuli ng Pilipinas in terms of transportation and projects..may mga underground train transport pa sila from airport going to different parts if the city. Ngayon pa lang nagsisimula ang pag-unlad at mahaba pa ang lalakbayin natin..sana magtuloy-tuloy na para sa pagbayan.

Really? Kung ganyan k magisip.. MARCOS SR PROJECTS PA YUNG IBA DYAN. IT TAKES MULTIPLE GOVTS TO BUILD BECAUSE IT TAKES MANY YEARS TO GET FUNDING ETC
Duterte was a great leader forcing infrastructure projects to go forward and get completed. The massive covid-19 militarization lockdown delayed many of these projects. Hopefully funding can be procured and timelines can be met. CALAX delays have been right of way litigation.
Wrong...these projects were identified, proposed and being implemented by our economic managers in NEDA, in cooperation with relevant govt agencies. So whoever is the admin, it just rides along with the overall masterplan. Dont just attribute it to Duterte or Marcos, they dont own these projects, they just name these during their time. It is actually owned by the Filipino taxpayers.
