We hung out with Jiggy Izzy at the Hoop House and she opened up about her relationship with Kobe and Gigi! Izzy played with Gigi for the Mamba Academy, and now she's working to spread awareness and love for women's basketball, just like the Bryants.
Izzy also showed us what her intense workouts are like. She was working on her handles and finishing through contact. She's so smooth around the basket, and her dribbling skills are CRAZY! Izzy is REALLY good for her age, and she's got that work ethic too. Watch out for her, she's gonna be a MAJOR problem in high school!

they only do this for popular players i work out from 10:30 to 12 on ball handling and from 3:30 to 6 on my jumper and play pick up with grown men and i'm only 11
Well, here is sum advice. Don’t workout fo 2 n a half hours straight, dats so fuckin dumb. Workout 3 times a day fo 1 hour each session, that way yo can go hard fo da whole session n recover better. Also don’t spend 2 and a half hours on ball handling again Dats fuckin dumb. Work 1 hour on finishing, ball handling, moves and then 1 hour for shooting and one hour on yo body, strength n shit. No weights, yo gon stunt yo growth n get injured
