The way this guy holds his forehand grips is awesome. I hope when using operator foregrip (the shortest one) you get to hold your weapon the way ronin does. And places the operator foregrip a little bit more to the front like his carbine. As for the 2 other grips, the placement and holding is fine for me. Yeah im so after aesthetics of the gun in cod than the stats haha
I just realised the vid before this one that he was the new operator. I literally watch him because I am interested and now that he is an operator, it makes it even cooler
What's interesting though is how often people with extensive combat experience have conflicting ideas of what works best. Whether it's what kind of foregrip, and where to place it, or how long to extend your stock, or clearing techniques, etc... one Green Beret will be saying something one day, a SEALs] says something different the next, a Ranger contradicts both of them, and then a SWAT officer has an entirely different opinion. From what I've learned, just do what works best for you. Spend a lot of time with your weapon so you can get comfortable with it, and buy lots of ammo to train with.

@Dirk Hunter In the army they don't like when you ask "why", you're supposed to follow orders. Up onto special op of officier rank, ask why behind the curtain, not in the face of an officier or higher rank than you are. Question things without doing it in a direct manner, and the smart officiers will notice. But you're supposed not to ask why at all about anything in infantry.
I've never been in the military not been on a police Force but the level of knowledge I appreciate. As I build my arms for protection of myself and my family I definitely have to think in how i carry and train with the tools of protection.
I used to be in a special force in Nigerian navy ( NNSBS Nigerian navy special boat service). We went to the United States and UK for training but never got this types of training and information. When I left the force, I relocated to Seattle and went for some training in Texas and learnt a lot from some ex special forces guys there. I was shocked and also upset how I thought the best soldiers in my country just don't know how to handle rifles and yeah I got a contract to teach the special forces back home some skills I learnt. I'm an American now and I hope we all see this videos and use it for good purpose and protect ourselves well.

when I went thru BCT, we were taught to hold the rifle at various points depending on situation...my DS said he didn't care how high speed or strong you were, carrying a rifle for extended periods of time will fatigue anyone...i.e. long engagements or patrols, thus he trained us to be confident with gripping our weapon with a c-clamp, mid barrel, and the mag well grip...I'm trying to master driving that gun the way you do big Tu...I have a Maxim Defense CCS stock and I've beat my chin up a bit practicing presenting from the high ready

True, however he was SF, which means tight indoor room clearing and quick in and out missions, Vietnam were jungles and small villages, every war has different combat manipulations. Even the first Frogmen in Vietnam are VASTLY different now, they dont wear Levi's and M60's, now its all multicam and MK18s.
I couldn't Imagine going on patrol or holding my gun without a sling for longer then a few hours must of sucked hauling those m16s around without one lol.
I used to get yelled at a lot for asking why in the Army and the Police
matt henderson I know that feeling all too well. Mine came at the price of an article-15
lol do you have a lisp?
@Dirk Hunter In the army they don't like when you ask "why", you're supposed to follow orders. Up onto special op of officier rank, ask why behind the curtain, not in the face of an officier or higher rank than you are. Question things without doing it in a direct manner, and the smart officiers will notice. But you're supposed not to ask why at all about anything in infantry.
Dirk Hunter Yuup it was bc I had to “learn a lesson”

Knowledge and bit of wisdom can mean all the difference in a bad situation.
Thank you for sharing Sir
Damn! You’re a badass gun Sensei! I love this video, dude!
Thank you sir. As a man and a soldier you are an inspiration to us all. 🇺🇸
Incredible video. Thank you 🙏
Man, you make it sound so simple! Great info, as usual, please keep the knowledge coming to us. BTW, I’m loving my new Task Force belt.
9:20 he has done those transitions a thousand times
Facts I seen that too all that shit was smooth and precise asf
He's mastered his craft, he is great, love listening to him!
I've never been in the military not been on a police
Force but the level of knowledge I appreciate. As I build my arms for protection of myself and my family I definitely have to think in how i carry and train with the tools of protection.
I don't even own a rifle yet and I'd travel to take classes from this man
Thank u for putting this out. Hearing the how and why of this training is valuable info. Thanks again Sir.
His skill and training is impeccable….. I have such a long long way to go and so much to learn. Damn.
Thanks TH-cam for recommended video am just about to go out shopping this will help.
Ronin , Travis Haley, John Lovell and a few others. Man what a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Hell yeah, I love my VTac sling! Best sling for me in Afghanistan, they issued us that shitty barely adjustable BlueGear sling, trained with it and realized quick I needed to get my shit to make it work while we are downrange. Thanks for the insight brother.
“DONT FEAR DEATH FEAR ME”
Logan JT yea bro 😂😂😂 the cod intro saying holy😂😂😂😂

Devil Dog making fun of the fact that we have better training to stay alive than you did back then 🤦🏽♂️ how stupid can someone get
Devil Dog I still love the old mp5 flashlights used by the SAS at the embassy siege.

Yes guys im the one that's says "im here because of the new CoD operator"
He's on the loading screen that's why ik him
Thank you Tu Lan- you always make it easy- Your Colorado Battalion needs some training from you!
Videos like this proves my point that people are probably paid to dislike videos. You could find the most positive, zero fault videos ever, and people would still dislike them.
when I went thru BCT, we were taught to hold the rifle at various points depending on situation...my DS said he didn't care how high speed or strong you were, carrying a rifle for extended periods of time will fatigue anyone...i.e. long engagements or patrols, thus he trained us to be confident with gripping our weapon with a c-clamp, mid barrel, and the mag well grip...I'm trying to master driving that gun the way you do big Tu...I have a Maxim Defense CCS stock and I've beat my chin up a bit practicing presenting from the high ready
With his training and the music in background I felt like a badass going to war
war isnt badass or heroic, its just sad and leaves broken people
