@@JohnFrancoNH then maybe you should get into a habitat of setting the vehicle down so the stands so the vehicle doesn’t rock, so if the jack gives out the jack stands don’t break like some of the ones from HarborFreight did.
@@JohnFrancoNH 👍👍I was 14 when I saw a friend get his right hand smashed because he used a cement block for a jack stand and the jack broke causing the cement block to break also causing his hand to get smashed. Not a good day for either one of us. Stay safe.
The brake shoes falling apart was probably not your fault. Rust often gets under the parking brake pad and that liner was only hanging on by the rust or just a sliver. I keep a set of pads and spring kit on hand for when I do the rear of mine just from such an issue. Also, I have had a lining come off and drag a wheel on my F250, so if you see any liner separation at all when doing rear brakes, just replace those pads while you in there.
what year is this truck?????? My 2016 4wd front rotors are not like yours at all, they are one unit, the cenral hub is part of the rotor. NOt a simplke slide the rotor off.

Guess you never seen a hydraulic jack FAIL !! I have and it caused the guy to lose his fingers. ALWAYS use jack stands !!
Easy i had 2 jack stands under the frame, out of view. Haha

Been looking at buying a 2016 f350 superduty used with 138k miles on it if its clean, do you still enjoy this truck or should i avoid it?
