Thank you for your tutorial . I'm a beginner and looking forward to trying this. .I have one question Can I use recycled bottles with screw on lids ?? Thank you ..
I’m living in tropical country, it's hot almost whole seasons, can fermentation process works at room temperature 25-30 degree Celsius only low temperature in winter 15-25 degree Celsius. Thanks
Update 1: OK. I wanted to let you and others know the status of the wine until it's ready, maybe it raises or answers some questions. I hope @cuoredicioccolato correct me if I'm doing a wrong step. Phase 1: I started with around 4.5 kg of my grandpa's grapes, didn't wash them at all. removed the stems from grapes, smashed them with a glass and put them in an airtight 6L clean container that was washed with very hot water and dried completely. the grape juice color was white. I made an Airlock as @cuoredicioccolato showed in another video, and installed it on the cap of the container. I stirred the mix every day without opening the container. After about 2 days, the gas pressure inside the container started to rise and exit the airlock regularly. Phase 2: 16 days passed since Phase 1, the Gas generation started to decline. I opened the container, emptied the content through a strainer, and squished the remainings by hand into the strainer. The juice color was similar to this video. The smell was sweet with a nice aroma. I tasted the wine and it was a little bit sweet and warmed the throat a bit. I cleaned and dried the container again, put the juice back, sealed the container cap and installed airlock again. I'm now going to let it stay for another 16 days, without any movement.
Phase 3: after letting it sit for about a month, i filtered the wine using a filter, cleaned the container, put the wine back in and again let it sit for 3 weeks. Phase 4: three weeks passed, during the last week, airlock showed no movement. Gas generation has stopped. I fikteres the wine once more and put it into 2 1liter glass bottles. The color is very dark, like yours. I can clearly smell alcohol and some sweet aroma. Upon tasting it, there was no bitter ness, very faint sweetness and very little sourness. But it doesn't last. Unfortunately its my first time tasting wine, so I can't judge it. But upon drinking i feel some warming in my throat. What do you guys think!? How should it taste!?

I went to buy more grapes, so I can get a higher yield juice for the second stage. Is it ok to add more grapes at day 5 in the first fermentation stage?
This is just what I was looking for! I was trying to find out if all this sugar that everyone else adds to make wine was even necessary. I see that it is not. I love dry wine, not sweet. Thanks!

I know this way from different tuber, but its the best, and you know what, the minimum days for wine to be ready is only 10-12 days, you can drink it and enjoy it! the more you keep it the tastier/better it will be. thanks,
I like this process of making wine with nothing added suger yearst etc. I don't see u wash the grapes before the grinding. what is the top of the basket ? can we make without it ? its the hole of the basket right? please explain me , i will do it soon
ive done similar processes in SE Asia (35degrees +) and the process just happens a lot quicker. Its not the ideal for happy yeast but it works, just have to be a bit more careful and take more care in steralising things as not only fermentation works faster but also bacteria and mould.
Bonjour! Thank you for the video I really look forward to trying it out! I noticed you said it was sparking, and I notice you did not de-gas or get the Co2 out of the juice. Would you recommend this step or no. Thanks!
Please consider the possibility that the Bible is true and genuinely open your heart to Jesus Christ. Break down before him in prayer, bare your soul, and ask for forgiveness. Read at least Genesis Mathew and one book you chose yourself. As you do please remember to put Jesus Christ’s lessons into practice in your own life. Start with forgiveness. Work though some of that inner baggage we all build up with our parents. Please, it is super important. The Bible is truth, Jesus Christ is Lord.
Great video, thanks. Some of the guides online say to ferment for at least 2 weeks, and age for 2 more before bottling. Do you just watch the wine and transfer when the bubbles stop?
Love the video! I have 2 questions. 1- How long did you let the wine sit after you bottled it? 2- Is it ok to start drinking the wine right after you bottle it?
Hi dear If i want to make about 6 liters of red grape wine and wanted to flipping and moving the ingredients daily, it is correct to open the fermentation box to do this or should remain closed for the length of the fermentation Please answer the question with thanks
You do a great job on advising us how to make so much homemade recipes. Can you give me more information on the following topics? - If we make quantity up to 20-25lt, how often do we need to change the container? - Do we need to sterilize the new containers? - Is shaking the only thing to avoid the wine to become vinegar? - What do you fill the bubble with? Is this a special oil ? - If I decide to make the wine in July, will the second fermentation be finished before winter - December/November? Thanks in advance !
Thanks .. the red wine looks so good. You made without water, without yeast, without sugar... I will try that too. But may i ask, if towards the end the wine taste sour alittle, can i still add sugar and will it further ferment and make the wine sweet again?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Hi can I use the same grapes you used among with bread yeast and a little sugar?? Or just the grapes n bread yeast without the sugar will you still have alcohol in it???

If you buy grapes from the store that have seeds in them, you must take the seeds out as well as the stems. Both cause bitterness. This guy doesn't have to worry about seeds because these are grapes that are grown specially for wine.
WOW! The reveal of the final product is beautiful! Immediately, the pop of the cork is satisfying, the color is vibrant, and the natural effervescence in the glass makes my mouth water 😄🤩
Thank you for this video! I've brewed wine using "artificial" yeast, but I found it can't be consecrated by my church unless it has been brewed using "natural" methods, so I appreciate the insight.
After watching so many videos it's yours n one more video only which did not washed n used any yeast n specially sugar.pls throw some light on this also. thanks
dude, you're awesome!! que; so you didnt use any external yeast, insted you just crushed the grapes and let it create its own yeast and then fermentation!!! Right????
The assertion that making wine at home is "idiot proof" is not an exaggeration; rather, it aptly captures the user-friendly approach of this guide. The author's clear and concise explanations demystify the art of fermentation, allowing beginners to harness the magic of natural grape transformation.
Hello brother, can you believe that I am counting the minutes until our grapes will ripen in a month, I am very excited, I am watching you from Iran, I love you, Italian boy😍🍇❤️🙋♂️
Dear Sir, I like your wine making video (13.7). But one thing is not clear. You have not mentioned in the video what are the other ingredients you add to must of 4kg grape. I mean you have not mentioned the dry yeast.sugar .etc., please clarify my doubts.
if your grapes have been washed with sodium metabisulfide, it will not ferment and you will have to add yeast. unwashed grapes carry the bacteria with them.
cuoredicioccolato I think he meant that unwashed grapes carry the microbes with them that start the fermentation. Here in America we have to use yeast because all our stuff is washed before we get it
I'm making around 20 liters using the same method, and have a question. I should change the container a few times until November, and then leave in the same container until Spring? No more changes between November and Spring?
Great video. I have my first fermentation being done now. I am curious, in my climate it is starting to get cold. Should I keep it in a warmer part of my house? And last, for the secondary fermentation, how long should it take for roughly 30kg of grapes? Thanks so much and look forward to watching the rest of your videos.

and yes, I only add 5 grams of bread yeast for each 3 kills, that's it...... and its amazing!

thank you from Ukraine : ) can you make a video how you like to make a SANGRIA? thx )

I like this process of making wine with nothing added suger yearst etc. I don't see u wash the grapes before the grinding. what is the top of the basket ? can we make without it ? its the hole of the basket right?

I also live in Asia where the humidity is high. Is there a temperature range during fermentation?
ive done similar processes in SE Asia (35degrees +) and the process just happens a lot quicker. Its not the ideal for happy yeast but it works, just have to be a bit more careful and take more care in steralising things as not only fermentation works faster but also bacteria and mould.
Exactly 👍🏼 thanks for your help
Bonjour! Thank you for the video I really look forward to trying it out! I noticed you said it was sparking, and I notice you did not de-gas or get the Co2 out of the juice. Would you recommend this step or no. Thanks!
This one is not sparkling
Please consider the possibility that the Bible is true and genuinely open your heart to Jesus Christ. Break down before him in prayer, bare your soul, and ask for forgiveness. Read at least Genesis Mathew and one book you chose yourself. As you do please remember to put Jesus Christ’s lessons into practice in your own life. Start with forgiveness. Work though some of that inner baggage we all build up with our parents. Please, it is super important.
The Bible is truth,
Jesus Christ is Lord.
Thanks man.....everything is organic
I love it!
Will try soon

Where are you in kenya we can join hands and we make our own wine 🍷.
So this is #teamkenya😁
i grow my own grapes so i want to try this!!! i hope it comes out right
👍 let us know the result 😉
I dont know, but I'm so happy how this wine-making exudes that kind of culture Italians had!
Thanks 🥳 for watching and sharing the video
Great video, thanks. Some of the guides online say to ferment for at least 2 weeks, and age for 2 more before bottling. Do you just watch the wine and transfer when the bubbles stop?
Yes I follow the bubbles 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato grazie

Simple and very professional way.
Thanks

Love the video! I have 2 questions.
1- How long did you let the wine sit after you bottled it?
2- Is it ok to start drinking the wine right after you bottle it?
1 month
But if you like you can drink the wine right after
You are the best wine teacher! Simple to understand this technique.
😉👍🏼 thanks 😊 please share some pictures with me on instagram when you make it
Excelente video amigo, vino rojo es mi favorito. Lo voy a intentar ahora con esta pandemia 😷 🍷

Hi dear
If i want to make about 6 liters of red grape wine and wanted to flipping and moving the ingredients daily, it is correct to open the fermentation box to do this or should remain closed for the length of the fermentation
Please answer the question with thanks
In Italy we keep the container open because we make 100 liters or more every time. But for 6 liters you can shake directly the container
Thanks for the great video, sir! So, it doesn't need yeast for the fermentation process ? And what the different, with or without yeast?
The yeast is already on the grape 😉 it’s always with the yeast
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato so don't wash or rinse the grapes to preserve the yeast?
👍🏼
How can you maximize alcohol percentage?
Follow the recipe 😉
You do a great job on advising us how to make so much homemade recipes. Can you give me more information on the following topics?
- If we make quantity up to 20-25lt, how often do we need to change the container?
- Do we need to sterilize the new containers?
- Is shaking the only thing to avoid the wine to become vinegar?
- What do you fill the bubble with? Is this a special oil ?
- If I decide to make the wine in July, will the second fermentation be finished before winter - December/November?
Thanks in advance !
Same that in the video
If you can is better
Shaking and bubbler
Any liquor will be fine

🤣 Thanks 😊 please share the video ( and my thumbnails ) with your friends 😉🤭😁
cuoredicioccolato lol seriously beautiful thumbnails that’s what made me click the video. You’re very talented
👍 Thanks 😀
Thanks .. the red wine looks so good. You made without water, without yeast, without sugar... I will try that too. But may i ask, if towards the end the wine taste sour alittle, can i still add sugar and will it further ferment and make the wine sweet again?
more sugar more alcohol.
Exactly 👍🏼
U can, but be aware of next day headache 😉
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Hi can I use the same grapes you used among with bread yeast and a little sugar?? Or just the grapes n bread yeast without the sugar will you still have alcohol in it???
@@tahsinreyhan8723 hi quick question what does the bread yeast do??
Wonderful tutorial, as always, thank you! Grape shopping tomorrow...
How long did you leave it in the bottle before tasting?
I like that it is a little frizzante. I occasionally indulge in some Lambrusco, and am thrilled I could make my own!
At least 2 weeks 😉
It is the kind of that determined if the wine is sparkling or plain
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Ahhh. So experimentation is required.
I shall experiment (same brew, different in-bottle times) and report back.

Use sweet grapes
Hey, thank you for your amazing content! One question tho: can you use store-bought grapes? If so, do I need to buy yeast for wine-making?
Yes you can
No you don’t need
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato grazie mille!
👍🏼
If you buy grapes from the store that have seeds in them, you must take the seeds out as well as the stems. Both cause bitterness. This guy doesn't have to worry about seeds because these are grapes that are grown specially for wine.
@@curtzeek8818 Guess what buddy, all wine grapes have seeds. Eating grapes have been bred to not have seeds.

Raju Venugopal did u wash the grapes? The grapes in India are full of pesticides we have to wash them before use
No, but you can
Hi. If I wash the grapes due to pesticides used do I have to add yeast n sugar for fermentation or not. Thanks

Armed with the right ingredients and the step-by-step instructions outlined within, even those with minimal prior knowledge of winemaking can confidently navigate the process. The author's clear and concise explanations demystify the art of fermentation, allowing beginners to harness the magic of natural grape transformation.

🤔 I am sorry for you and your friends but here everyone are fine
This is a problem with India, not with his wine recipe.
Dear Sir, I like your wine making video (13.7). But one thing is not clear. You have not mentioned in the video what are the other ingredients you add to must of 4kg grape. I mean you have not mentioned the dry yeast.sugar .etc., please clarify my doubts.
You don't need sugar and you don't need yeast. The fermentation will start by itself 😉
if your grapes have been washed with sodium metabisulfide, it will not ferment and you will have to add yeast. unwashed grapes carry the bacteria with them.
The bacteria will died during the fermentation 😉
cuoredicioccolato I think he meant that unwashed grapes carry the microbes with them that start the fermentation. Here in America we have to use yeast because all our stuff is washed before we get it
