Oh Julie I have tears running down my face and my cheeks ache from laughing so much! Your commentary is exactly what goes on in my head when I'm crafting! As you say, it's probably cos we're of a 'certain age'!! Congrats on your girls with their diagnosis, I work for the Royal Mencap Society and we struggle to get autism recognised under the age of 5, but things are getting easier for the next generation, at least now your girls will get the support they need throughout Uni, proud of you all! I loved your one sheet wonders tonight, I have some 12x12 lurking in my craft room that could do with a makeover! Thanks for the giggles and inspiration! AND LET POOR NALA IN!!!! 🤣😂❤❤❤
Thanks Jen love, glad you enjoyed it Mrs☺️ I'm so proud of my girls and how hard they have worked. Autism in girls is very misunderstood and that needs to change. I hope you're right love and things will get better. That's all I have to say about that 😅☺️🤗💜
Aww - Julie! These look fabulous and I love your variations, especially the handmade envelopes and a pocket on the left. Lovely! Thank you so much for the mention. I have met a couple of your sweet watchers.
Thanks so much Kathleen love. You are so welcome, i love your style and easy way of explaining things. So glad people took notice and hopped over to see you🤗💜
Julie, it is 3:30 am here in US, can't sleep but found you, thank goodness! Love your hints, tips, projects and could listen to you all day. Thanks for all you do for us. Sorry about the concert.
Hi Linda and welcome to the channel love, glad i could help you fill those awful hours that come from insomnia. There's many a night i spend 2 hours trying to get to sleep and then wish i'd got back up to craft😁🤗💜
Lovely project and always a pleasure spending crafty time with you Julie! Your twins sound amazing and gives me so much hope for my middle boy who has Autism. Blessings from one mom to another. ☺️
I am very glad you showed the envelope punch board. I got one and hardly use it because I could hardly ever get the folds right. Thank you. I love listening to you.
Hi Julie. I'm going through an autism diagnosis for my 15 year old son. And I completely understand when you say it takes up a lot of time. It really does! I have a youtube channel myself and don't post content half as much as I'd like to. Fabulous video lovely Love, Shelby 💜
I love the project so much but adore the description. Flippy flappy fun to distract me from the nightmare news. The punch is brilliant! Thank you Julie you are a constant companion in my studio.
Hi Julie, lovely project as usual. I’m trying not to buy anymore craft supplies. God help anyone that has the job of clearing my craft room once I’m gone!😅 We had the storm yesterday, not as bad as some places but still a bit scary. Lost some roof slates! My youngest son is 38 and he is autistic, no diagnosis, I had a hell of a time with him through school, no help at all. He is now a very skilled joiner/carpenter. I’m sorry, but I was in stitches reading your glue book page, have a look back around 38 minutes, some choice words. It’s my birthday today and we are meeting my eldest son, daughter in law and my granddaughter for lunch at a lovely Italian restaurant. Keep crafting when you can, I love to watch and listen. Take care x
I have an autistic grand daughter that now lives with me as her Mom passed away I am a senior and have very little help for her. She has depression and anxiety and dyslexia as well, so life is pretty difficult for us right now. School did nothing to help her. I live in Canada and am very frustrated and feel out of my depth most of the time.
So sorry to hear that love, but sadly I'm not surprised. She is very lucky to have you. Something needs to change, our beautiful children and grandchildren are being ignored in schools because helping them is too much work or expense and their problems are being kicked down the road to be dealt with by someone else. You are doing an amazing job by giving her a home and love. If I find any answers I'll pass them on Mrs🤗💜💜💜💜💜💜
A familiar story Sandra, but it shouldn't be should it. Happy to hear he carved out a career for himself. Yes I know what I just said 😅 AHH the glue book, now I remember why I usually tip them out and throw them in the recycle bin. I'll go take a peek. Happy belated birthday Mrs, I hope you had a wonderful time🤗💜
Love the hint on turning using the envelope board. This is a perfect project. I was just looking at my 2024 calendar, and glad I didn't fussy cut it all up! Love these!
Miss Julie, amazing. Love the way you put them all together. I really liked it when you showed us how to make envelopes two different ways. Love your wafflen and talking. It's so hard to believe that your girls are already 18 years old. You talked about them in most of your videos. They sure grow up fast. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)
Another lovely project, Julie! I'm so happy you're promoting Kathleen's work. I've been watching her videos for a while and she has some fabulous ideas!
Triangular chocolate from triangular bees….Toblerone 😂😂😂 and `i’ve just scoffed some 😂😂😂 What a great idea Julie, love it.Will definitely be making some of these ❤
Hello Julie!!! I also have twin girls, both on the spectrum, 30 yrs old and still at home...🙄...lol. So good to see you! I am so sorry about your concert, I know you were so looking forward to it.
That's terrifying to hear😐😂 All jokes aside I fully expect my youngest to be here far past 30. I can't complain though, they are my world. It's not easy is it love. Thanks so much Mrs🤗💜
@CameliaCraftsDesigns no not easy, but they are my life. With the therapist and other things, they can't afford to be on their own yet...one almost has her masters degree and the other well she dances to the beat of her own drum. 😆
Sooo good to see your gifted hands and hear you 😂 waffling 😊. Enjoying your ideas, and this belly band is a great idea. Oh and tell Nala hope she's feeling better, and she's still a star. ❤
Enjoyed your video today. Glad to hear the girls are doing so well with University applications. It can be a worrying time and takes up parents time as well. All good wishes to you all.❤️😊🐈
Thank you for spending time with us. You are a breath of fresh air. I look forward to your Waffling❤😅Makes me happy. Shh 🤫 don’t tell anyone but there are times when I answer you! ❤❤❤
Right, this helps minimise it. I find the measuring line too thich, so i get it slightly different each time and then the wonky donkey envelope is the result🤗💜
The tutorial on the use of the envelope board was actually very helpful indeed! May you should make a short version of that under its own title for later referral?
"Yes! Yes! I know what I'm doing....cause I am a crafter!" 😂 You made me laugh because this is how I am when I am trying something new, second guessing and figure it out. Love it!
These inserts are fabulous, thanks for sharing. Happy to hear about your daughters getting into college. I have been to a concert once in my life and it was so loud and smokey, I never went again. stay safe, I heard it's pretty windy there, take care.
I have twins as well. They are fraternal and 26 years old. My son has had learning difficulties and still managed to go to college. He has been working as a draftsman for 11 years. My daughter is a university graduate and is working as an occupational health and safety specialist. Many struggles with educational institutions but well worth it in the end. And they are both still living at home.
Hi Julie. What fan floppy flappy journal pockets. All so different. Love that big envelope you made at the end. So pretty. Such a great idea with that surgical tape. Never seen that before. Congratulations on your Becky getting accepted to Uni, and another interview lined up too! I hope your other girl gets an offer soon too. Great video. Debs. 💜🤗
I remember making cards from 1 sheet called one sheet wonders, but this is another different level. Making these from a 12X12. Getting 3 pieces and 1 being an envelope. These are awesome. Thanks a bunch.
Julie I love when you come on with a new video - makes my day! Now, I need you to get your thinking cap on! I used to make mini albums.. gave them away or tried to sell but never made any money for time spent anyway.. gave up and now have 7 brand new Stamperia, Graphic 45 packs and ephemera all sitting here and really don’t know what to do with them. I can’t bear to cut them up as they were all bought as a collection to make albums. There must be others like me … what do we do either them? Love this idea and saved to do it at some stage in the future lol!
That is a conundrum Lynne, but i know what you mean, i am the same, but i have started to cut them up and use them. Make sure you're sitting down for this bit.... my older graphic 45 papers are cracking really badly when i fold or score them😐 I'm looking at a sheet from their Botanicabella Collection right now that i can't bear to cut and use. I also have a big drawer full of their journal cards, stickers and those pop out ephemera pieces which i am going to have to bite the bullet and use. I honestly cannot think of any way to use them without cutting them up, short of making calendars out of them or framing them, which i have done before with my favourite pages. Good luck Lynne love🤗💜
Hello hope you’re doing well. Thanks for your video I enjoy watching all your videos love your stories and your personality. Can’t wait to try I have alot of 12 by 12 papers I’ll have to watch again the video at my age lol. 😝 I understand that family comes first especially at that age I have 4 adult children and I remember those times. That’s when they need you the most . Take care till your next video. I have some crafting to do thanks for sharing and inspiring.
Hi Lisa love, we are thanks Mrs 🤗 I know what you mean love, I've forgotten how the instructions for turning on my printer started by the time I get to the end😅🤗💜
@ ❤️ around 6 pm, I received a phone call from the assisted living facility that Mom had fell down and the paramedics were called. I notified my sisters and headed over to be with Mom at the emergency room while they checked her out. She had a big gash in the back of her head that they had to eventually put staples in. Hopefully today will be a lot better.
Very cute project. I'll check out Kathleen Mower's version too. I'm glad you got to go out and have fun. I haven't been to a concert since right before covid. 🩷
Thanks Kathleen love🤗 I love a good live concert. Hadn't been to one in about 10 years until a couple of years ago. Have yo say my daughter has good taste in some of the up and coming bands she likes 🤗💜
I made a cool looking embellishment today, I used the twisted paper handles, glued them and added a little ink and a gem in the centre. Usually I just throw them away, but I shall be doing more. Wish I could show you coz I am chuffed that I found a way to use the entire paper bag now! ❤❤
Im so sorry about you missing half of your concert, Julie! I know you were so excited about it. It's great to hear that your daughters are already getting offers from colleges! They must be a bit excited about that, too. I love your flippy flappy inserts. They look so easy to make! ❤
Thanks Teri love🤗 I know it was so disappointing, but still much better than not having seen them 😁 The girls are really excited, especially Bex, the eldest. She got the offer from her second choice within 24 hours. I'm so proud of them☺️ Anyhoo, so glad you like these Teri they really are very easy Mrs☺️🤗😁
This was a great tutorial Julie. It could be taken much further as you say. Great news about the girls getting a diagnosis finally! Tough that it had taken so long though as they could have had so much more support. But hopefully going forward it will help. My grandson is almost 16 and his mum gets funding for him which has allowed him to have all sorts of educational support but also supports things like dancing, martial arts and other interests. I loved your inspiration too so going to check it out now. See you soon ❤
I think it is good that we are not so jaded that we cannot be inspired by a fellow crafter. Love anything toadstool 🍄. Kathleen is amazing. Patterned paper is delicious. We are having strong winds right now and snow coming north of Toronto 😢. I have never been to a concert that ever started early. Sometimes later for sure. One of my grandsons (29years) is on the spectrum and I know exactly what you mean. Great design with lots of great possibilities 🏵️
Hi Julie I have twins too. Boy and girl. My son was diagnosed at 16 so I feel your frustration. He actually just moved into home share. Thanks for talking about your girls.
Good morning Julie! These are fun looking belly bands. I really enjoy your videos. TFS. You made me laugh about your growling cat. I have a cat that growls. He growls when someone rings the doorbell and then he runs and hides. Animals are funny, aren't they? Have a great one. 😊🤗❤
Hello Julie, glad to catch you today. I like watching you create. I'm learning so much. I will be so happy as I gather my supplies to create too. Have a marvelous weekend and thanks for sharing your talents. 🙂❤️
Hi Julie, I enjoy your waffling. Lol ! I like this idea, I just started a new journal, so I will be adding one or two of them. Thank you for sharing. 🙂❤️
Wow! Beautiful! I was so happy to get the notification of you posting a video! I think I was missing you too much 😅I just look forward to all your videos and the way you teach and share 🙏🏽 I’ve made many of your projects and they turn out sooo well! I’m a newbie but my projects that I follow along with you turn out like I’ve been doing it for years 😂🎉Thank you Julie ❤
Hi Julie happy to have you back I do understand you have girls to look after very good projects papers are lovely like idea with tape I will have to try happy you are well enjoy your girls and have fun with them thank you for sharing this project ❤❤ THEOLA
Hi Julie. Greetings from Australia. Loved this project. I have quite a bit of 12x12 paper so I will definitely be making this. Regarding Temu, my sister in law purchased 3 dresses. ..non of them fitted. Also underwear that was in my opinion hideous 😨. Anyway, sorry about your concert. The only big name we've been to see was Neil Diamond. Our eldest son took us to see him when we turned 60. We had a great time and have never forgotten it. You really brightened my morning so thanks for sharing your humor. Val.Australia 🐨 💖
Hi Val love, glad you enjoyed it Mrs. There are a few good things to be had on temu, but unfortunately they seem to be buried under a pile of junk. Do sorry to hear of your experience love I like Niel diamond too. As a teenager I played The Jazz Singer constantly. What a wonderful experience you had there love😊🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns i was just looking to see if anyone had said it was toblerone,.triangler honey from triangler bees and oh Mr confectioner please give me Toblerone, thanks for all your lovely videos ,love watching you, used to visit Rotherham a lot my sister lived there for about 50 years, thanks again,June
Hi, I just came across your video while looking for ways to use my 12x12 cardstock and I absolutely love your "waffling" ❤ makes me feel like I'm sitting right there in your craft room with you. Thank you so much for sharing, I can't wait to try it. 🌻 "Trust me, I'm a crafter" 🤣 ... Love this!
I have followed you for a long time, and copied your talented videos for my journals, but today the way you showed how you use the letter punch as I have it and it seems that one corner never seems to be right I am going to try what you do as it seems to take care of where mine goes astray. Love the paper you are using as it happens I have this one here in Canada. Thanks for your wonderful fun tutorials
My goodness Julie, love them all, what a great idea, will watch Kathleen's video next!!! 💜💜💜 That's so interesting that they can start a concert when they want, can't say I've ever heard of that.... well, I could, but I'd be lying, lol. I guess I also never read the small print, I mean, who does that??? 😂🤣😂 Haven't been to a concert in quite some time, but did just go to the induction ceremonies at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH this past October. That was an amazing evening, despite me having some medical issues going on and being miserable, I told two of my doctors they needed to fix me for the time being, as I wasn't missing it, and it was well worth the pain. 🤩🥰 Glad the twins were diagnosed, my son has 3 learning disabilities, and in elementary school, they could care less, they couldn't be bothered to help, it was a tough road. College was a different story, he went to the second best university in the states for helping kids learn how to learn with their specific disabilities. He graduated with 2 degrees in 5 years, mhm, that's my baby, and he's quite the musician as well. Yep, he gets it from me, the only difference, my talents are in crafting, so yeah, you can see how the talent goes between the genres 🤨🤔🤭 Thanks for sharing Julie, your videos are always such fun to watch and makes me laugh and smile. 😊
I feel like "I know what I'm doing...trust me, I'm a crafter" would be amazing on a t-shirt ... ;)
😅it really would Savannah love, thanks Mrs🤗💜

Can’t wait to try I have alot of 12 by 12 papers I’ll have to watch again the video at my age lol. 😝 I understand that family comes first especially at that age I have 4 adult children and I remember those times. That’s when they need you the most . Take care till your next video. I have some crafting to do thanks for sharing and inspiring.
Hi Lisa love, we are thanks Mrs 🤗
I know what you mean love, I've forgotten how the instructions for turning on my printer started by the time I get to the end😅🤗💜
😍❤️ beautiful makes! Feeling down today, until your video popped up. Thanks for brightening my day.
Sorry to hear that Carol love, but glad I could help cheer you up a bit Mrs🤗💜
@CameliaCraftsDesigns Your daughters sound like great young women.
I made a cool looking embellishment today, I used the twisted paper handles, glued them and added a little ink and a gem in the centre. Usually I just throw them away, but I shall be doing more. Wish I could show you coz I am chuffed that I found a way to use the entire paper bag now! ❤❤
That's a genius idea Mrs😁🤗💜

Julie, This is my first time watching you and I am loving it So glad that I joined your group, Thanks from Texas
Im so sorry about you missing half of your concert, Julie! I know you were so excited about it. It's great to hear that your daughters are already getting offers from colleges! They must be a bit excited about that, too.
I love your flippy flappy inserts. They look so easy to make! ❤
Thanks Teri love🤗 I know it was so disappointing, but still much better than not having seen them 😁
The girls are really excited, especially Bex, the eldest. She got the offer from her second choice within 24 hours. I'm so proud of them☺️
Anyhoo, so glad you like these Teri they really are very easy Mrs☺️🤗😁
This was a great tutorial Julie. It could be taken much further as you say.
Great news about the girls getting a diagnosis finally! Tough that it had taken so long though as they could have had so much more support. But hopefully going forward it will help.
My grandson is almost 16 and his mum gets funding for him which has allowed him to have all sorts of educational support but also supports things like dancing, martial arts and other interests.
I loved your inspiration too so going to check it out now.
See you soon ❤
Great to hear your grandson is getting the help he needs Rosemaree love 😊 thanks mrs🤗🤗💜
Hi Julie
I have twins too. Boy and girl. My son was diagnosed at 16 so I feel your frustration. He actually just moved into home share. Thanks for talking about your girls.
That's great about your boy Shirley love☺️🤗💜
Good morning Julie! These are fun looking belly bands. I really enjoy your videos. TFS. You made me laugh about your growling cat. I have a cat that growls. He growls when someone rings the doorbell and then he runs and hides. Animals are funny, aren't they? Have a great one. 😊🤗❤
Hi Patty love😊 Nala looks sweet but she is grumpy if she doesn't get what she wants and funny with it too. 🤗💜
The script!!! I’m jealous!!! Love them! 😊
I was about 20 feet away after some careful weedling😅🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns aww cool! Would love to see them! And Coldplay too😘

THEOLA
Thanks lovely Theola🤗💜
Do sorry to hear of your experience love
I like Niel diamond too. As a teenager I played The Jazz Singer constantly. What a wonderful experience you had there love😊🤗💜
Great project❤️. Always love your videos
Thank you so much for sharing and for entertaining video aswell Julie ❤These envelope flips are really gorgeous.👌
Hi Julie.. great project and the advert you were wondering about was for Toblerone hence the triangular chocolate 😂
Chocolate not cheese, might be a new rule for Mandy😅 thanks love🤗💜
"Trust me, I'm a crafter" 🤣 ... Love this!
Awesome project. Thank you so much for sharing.
You are so welcome Sheamarie love, cheers Mrs 😊🤗💜
You always make my day. :) Thanks again for sharing these great ideas!
Thanks love, you are so welcome. Hope your envelopes go better from now on Mrs 😁🤗💜
This is a great project. Thanks for sharing.
Great idea Mrs. Can't wait to try it! Hugs
My goodness Julie, love them all, what a great idea, will watch Kathleen's video next!!! 💜💜💜
That's so interesting that they can start a concert when they want, can't say I've ever heard of that.... well, I could, but I'd be lying, lol. I guess I also never read the small print, I mean, who does that??? 😂🤣😂
Haven't been to a concert in quite some time, but did just go to the induction ceremonies at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH this past October. That was an amazing evening, despite me having some medical issues going on and being miserable, I told two of my doctors they needed to fix me for the time being, as I wasn't missing it, and it was well worth the pain. 🤩🥰
Glad the twins were diagnosed, my son has 3 learning disabilities, and in elementary school, they could care less, they couldn't be bothered to help, it was a tough road. College was a different story, he went to the second best university in the states for helping kids learn how to learn with their specific disabilities. He graduated with 2 degrees in 5 years, mhm, that's my baby, and he's quite the musician as well. Yep, he gets it from me, the only difference, my talents are in crafting, so yeah, you can see how the talent goes between the genres 🤨🤔🤭
Thanks for sharing Julie, your videos are always such fun to watch and makes me laugh and smile. 😊
I just got an envelope punchboard, so I'm looking forward to having envelopes that look like envelopes! I'm not successful at them by myself 😅❤
Hope my tips help love, thanks for watching 😊🤗💜
Toblerne, that was the advert not triangle cheese ! 😂. Julie. 😂 ❤ love the project as always. Keep up the waffling! ❤. Hugs Debbie. x
I want a toblerobe now. You all have better memory's than me and keep mentioning it😅
Thanks Debbie love 😁🤗💜
