Ramon Monegal is from the fourth generation of a family of illustrious perfumers now based in Barcelona. It is a NICHE fragrance company with varied category of fragrances: Spanish, Musk, Oud etc.... They are famous for their flower based perfumes. "Kiss my name" is definitely my favourite, and incredible flower scent that is very much suited for men. It is subtle and long lasting...love it! Mon Cuir, Mon Patchouly, Flamenco, Next to me are some of their most popular fragrances from Monegal. "Tuberose Flash" from TAUER is my favourite TUBEROSE. With a spicy touch, it is also very suitable for men. I always have an extra bottle as I do not want to run out of it. I will certainly try FRACAS as you mention it as being the mother of all tuberose fragrances... Gracias.

Sarrasins is a fabulous inky, dark jasmine, and then there's the famous Tubereuse Criminelle with the exhilarating camphoric blast in the opening, and a beautiful, rich yet clear tuberose drydown. Daphne by CdG is another incredible and truly unique tuberose (with incense), and Duchaufour's Nuit de Tubereuse for L'Artisan is an interesting woody one.

Incredible list guys! Thanks to Sebastian I got to try and own YO6-S by Blackbird, it is such a unique and unusual fragrance, lots of banana, jasmine and that electronic dry and a bit harsh smell of motherboards or chips, oud is also there, specially in the drydown. Really innovative and unique scent, total hipster fragrance, it screams I want to be unique.
Fracas is the gold standard..... not a soliflore but darn close and when you consider the difficulties involved with replicating tuberose in perfumery Cellier nailed it. If im going to shell out 2 to 300$ an ounce for any fragrance it will be for vintage. CF must be amazing but i cant justify that price point. Long forgotten Jovan's Nightblooming Jasmine was a masterpiece then and now but has all but passed quietly into obscurity.
