Wow, I really struggled with this one. I think my attention span has gotten really short. Also these positions were surprisingly difficult to me to hold! I’m going to save this video and try to come back to it so hopefully my endurance improves. Thank you for your calm demeanor and guidance with this challenging work! 🌱🛌
