Hey man I’m about to attempt this in my 2013 but I see parts on EBay for the entire radio head unit. I’m getting just the touch screen glass digitizer because my touch screen doesn’t work & the screen is all bubbled up, buttons are working fine, cd works and the volume knobs so if you have any advice and maybe lmk if I you think I misdiagnosed please and thank you for this video 🙏🏽
sounds like you are on the right track, just make sure you get the correct digitizer, there is a 7 and 8 (pin) ones, I would suggest taking your apart fist and checking the cable.
Hi gm. I replaced my screen with another screen. Exactly the same system. But once I connected it back to my car. The screen turns on weird colors. Then goes black. But i still hear soind and everytjing works. But notjing shows on screen
check and make sure the cable is fully back in the connecter it, It is kind of a challenge with the space, smell the radio and make sure you did not burn it. If you need the link for the wires so you can bench test it let me know I can post it for you.

@@ikiru1969 the part that shows ion the video looks like the whole screen but on eBay I just found the digitalizer by itself.
Correct to replace the touch screen, the LCD part is glued to the touch screen you will need some glue to put them together,
