So i have a 2013 hyundai velo base with No back up camera. Will the back up camera work still after some rewiring? Secondly will this be a direct fit from the oem radio thats already installed in the vehicle already. Thirdly will all the normal buttons and functions still work that way they worked on the oem radio?

The factory steering wheel controls still work.
Is this plug and play or do you need to cut up the wires? Also, will this let me keep my stock backup camera and amp?
It is plug and play, you do not cut up the wires. The original back up camera and amp still work in our head unit.
Does air conditioning climate control information come up on screen?
yes.
How do i get the rear camera to turn on
From our harness there is original camera plug.
Can you use centre console controls?

1-2 Yes.Some buttons still work, but some not.
