Word of advice - never use air/power tools to screw back nuts and lugs, especially bushings. And always use some grease. I came across way too many overtightened nuts that just either snap heads off or dont budge at all, casing more troubles and take more time.

Great vid trey keeping it simple. Don't forget to hit your subframe with some brake clean the way that boot ripped looks like grease is gonna be everywhere.
Ayyyy bro I just found your channel because of your Prelude build. I really enjoy the content. Have you ever thought about making a video talking about how you got started in your business and what you do? I think that would be interesting.
Trey Be Dipping Good stuff man. I hope you do. I think your subs would appreciate it. I definitely would. I'm originally from VA. 757 area. Ive been in Jax' FL for the past 13 or so years. I guess I'm a bit of an old head being in my early 30's. Lifelong Honda-head and I also went to school in VA to do bodywork but after a couple years outta school I got kinda burned out from doing collision repair (F***K frame machines and fixing cars that were within hundreds of dollars from being totals in the name of insurance claims). Haha either way. I enjoy your content. I've been in the search for a new project and I decided to start looking for a Prelude. I currently have a D21 Hardbody I'm working on but after that I think I'll track down a Prelude since it oftentimes seems to be the forgotten Honda. Damn I just spilledy guts. Lol. I just love cars. Take care homie and I look forward to new content.
I just changed the homo- kinetick one on the wheelside since i thought this one was giving me this knocking sound that is comming with the wheels that spin.. from 20 to 60 km/u you can hear and feel it the most. So for now i am stuck because it is still there 😣 .. how can i find out from where/ what wheel the knocking is comming from? I have also the 1992 prelude 2.0i .. you might remember .. 👍
Bro always check out your vids when need lude info. What type axels you get. So much back n forth online about after market ones. Vibration, they go fast this n that. What you hear . I need some
What is a realy good brand axel for a 5th gen lude i just snapped my whole axle racing and my whole hood and fender fell on top of my R888r tires so now i need a new tire and axle i race a lot and like to have fun so im trying to get a good reliable one? Any help?
5th Gen would not have matched up to the hub. I know this because I accidentally got a 5th Gen one and when the axle nut was tightened down, the outer joint was fully up against the inner part of the hub. It's a little larger diameter. What this means is the outer joint will be so tight against the hub it will not be able to even turn at all. I went to drive mine with this unknowingly and the car would not even move. Lol. It was a fun day for sure.
The one i changed the rubber was broken and throw the fat grease all around .. but that is not the one who makes the noise .. i realy want to find the problem ...
@@treybedipping1734 shes drivin like a dream now, thanks for your simple straightforward videos m8. unfortunately not a vtec but i had to hop on a 94 Si with 103k on the odometer for 1600$. just need body work to look good now

shamandarnell yea there was some grease but good idea and thanks bro.
Best thing for the stuck axle is a big prying screwdriver and a baby sledge and it will come right out
One thing we definitely use as Honda owners is oil and CV axles LOL
Mad fax

NotAsian on the fourth gens the passanger is the same as the driver. Its only different on the atts fifth gens as space becomes extremely limited
