    I’ve been suffering getting my erectien on and off for years! I don’t drink or smoke! I’m in great shape shape! I even took Cialis! I lost my optic nerve! I sometimes get erected! Sometimes I have trouble getting it up!

    You know, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much easier and potent now!

    i never had before that problem,but when i start going go gym last 6 years problem starts,i mean my D is not that hard/strong like before im only 30+ yo!I know many poeple got that problem who starting going to gym,lost weigh!i am very lean between 13-15% BF idk what to do really!

      Gym can't be the underlying cause for ur problems as a lot of people go to gym. While regular exercise is generally beneficial for maintaining healthy testosterone levels, excessive or inappropriate exercise without proper nutrition can lead to low body fat and low body weight, which may negatively impact testosterone levels. Losing weight is simply being calorie deficit, so sometimes in order lose weight , we totally ignore the balance between exercise, diet, rest, nutrition, and stress management. Kindly focus on compound movements more, take protein as per ur body needs, no need to go after fancy protein supplements, take complex carbs & healthy fats more. We often ignore healthy fats during exercise. Dietary fat plays a significant role in testosterone production and overall hormonal health. Consuming a balanced amount of healthy fats, including monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids, supports optimal testosterone levels.

      My son at 37 had ED problems off and on. He finally went to his Dr. and he had very low T. He recieves a T booster shot and all is well.
