    Balance between L-Arginine (2 500mg) and L-Citruline (2 500mg) 1000mg of each twice a day. Planning an "activity" 20mg Sildenafil "booster."

Sounds like you've got a thoughtful approach in balancing L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, and it's great that you're being proactive about your health! Combining it with Sildenafil as a 'booster' makes sense for many, especially when carefully monitored. Maybe adding some light exercise could further support your goals, especially since you mentioned being moderately toned. Even small changes can make a difference! Yes. I make a smoothie that I call, "Erection Smoothie." In a big blender pitcher add 1/2 cup of a dark juice, like pomegranate, or tart cherry juice (something with no added sugar), one diced beet root. Then I add blackberries, next blend this on high. After this, I add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon to kill the beet taste, some raspberries, then blueberries. Blend again and drink. The dye in the berries and beetroot has a compound called anthocyanin which has health benefits and nitric oxide which open blood vessels. So, this smoothie is also good for the circulatory system.

I'm 72 years old. My research showed that oral L Arginine is metabolized by the body before it can get to work. The two substances work together to produce nitrous oxide. I started with L Citrulline alone as the research said your naturally produced L Arginine should still be present in your body. I started on day 1 with a double dose and within 2 hours, felt that familiar tingling in my nether regions. Within 2-3 days, my partial ED was cured. At month 2, I reduced the dosage to the recommended amount. I have not needed L Arginine. I always track my BP and over several months, noticed the BP was definitely going downward and has stayed down. Weight lifters, long distance runners, and diabetics take L Citrulline and I believe it is one of those supplements that has many benefits beside the obvious.

The L citrulline trial you described is technically and double blind crossover trial and is in my opinion as a researcher one of the best ways of running human trials as ALL participants are given chance to try the "ingredient" and get benefit IF it works whereas a normal double blind trial means 1/2 the participants never get to try the active ingredient which seems to me to be morally flawed . I was a subject in a double blind crossover trial and could actually tell which was placebo and told the Researcher in control and after the trial was over they confirmed that I was correct. This product is now on the market . To me far fairer on volunteers in studies and also getting a more balanced demographic as you are comparing like with like . Keep up the good work on you tube !

Additionally supplementing with L-Lysine might reduce the effectiveness of L-Arginine supplementation. I didn't know L-Arginine and L-Citruline went hand in hand. Especially for the conversion you talked about as both amino acids work together synergistically in the body. I know L-Citruline is great for circulation and blood flow in the body. Exercise, blood pressure, and boner fuel basically haha. L-Arginine is a new one for me but I've been learning about it. Thanks again Rena 🙏

I didn't know it was coming from the L Arginine until my Dr. sent me for numerous tests with no answer .
