This is garbage and BS. You’re showing an overlaid screen of a windows computer and the battery you used isn’t powerful enough to power the pi. It only puts out 4.2V max. The additional board you put in it was for charging , but not for boosting the output to 5V. Plus that battery can’t supply enough current to run the pi either.
You’ve made a nonfunctional children’s toy at best.

The RASPBERRY PI consumes 5v 3a of power.
You have put only 1 lithium ion cell of 2200mah
so the battery life will be less than 15 minutes.
which is very terrible
so use at least 9 lithium ion cells.

Will this work the same for raspberry pi 3 b+? It's what I had laying around (I'm kinda a tech nerd) and I don't really want to buy anything else :/
Also this will work the same with a standard USB power bank right?

You can't run windows 7 on a raspberry pi 4, you can run Linux, but not windows 7.
