There are so many illegal slums in Pune and they have started making multi-storey cement apartments now but PMRDA only has time to break middle class.
These slums are a part of votebank politics and even the there are projects running right now where they will be moved but PMRDA will never take steps for slum rehabilitation.

I went there to check. All building demolished in jogeshwari suncity were G+ 4 height. Way above permissible FSI of 1.1 all G+2 and below are safe. It's a big project with 2000units. Not all people making villa there r fools.

Hello, as an NRI what would be the best locality to Invest in Pune? Currently out of many localities i have sorted out Koregaon Park, NIBM and NIBM ANNEXE near Nyati estate for residential, And Kharadi for commercial. South Pune seems more Posh and Upmarket cosmopolitan locality than North, East or West Pune. What is your humble opinion sir.?
If you have money and want quick connectivity to mumbai then go for Baner Balewadi Wakad And In East Pune go for Kharadi And NIBM.
