    Keya hai yeh gunthewari ka mamla?
    Main ek flat kharidna chahta hoon pimpri chinchwad ke ander old sangvi area mein lekin uddhar ka log bolta hain iddhar ka sab gunthewari hain matlam illegal construction. Lekin sab pura old sangvi mein buildings hi building hain, pani ki subidha hain, dranage subidha bhi hain shops bhi hain matlab sabkuch hain.
    Tab uddhar koi flat kharidna keya uchit hoga?
    Koi individual building mein yah society building mein?
    Mujhe keya document milega ki main usko mera ek property ke tarah proof kar sakoon?
    Main west bengal ka rehnewala hoon.
    Please help me🙏.
    Udhar bolta hain agreement pepar dega sirf toh yeh keya sufficient hain ke main ek property owner hoon udhar ka?

    Sir, I have few questions on gunthewari apartment construction:-
    1) How safe is it to buy a flat in such gunthewari buildings even if the area is claimed to be under PMC and has corporation water supply and everything? (the construction is ongoing as of aug 2021).
    2) Is constructing apartment buildings on gunthewari land legal and is there any risk factor because they are not MAHARERA approved?
    3) Can we apply for MAHARERA after possession?
    4) What all things have to be checked, before buying?
    5) Finally, how is the agreement of such properties made?

    Sir Guntheeari abhitak nai suru..mera plot beed me he aur mere naam pe he..1995 ka registry and latest PTR HE .. Kab tak hoga suru.. Ya phir iska koi GR ane wala he kya?.. Bcoz abhi tak suru nai hua he aisa hi bolte he sab officer log collector ofice and Muncipal ofice wale.. Sab government oficers ka kehna he ki abhitak uska koi GR hamare pass aya hi nai he.. To ham kaise start kare phir Gunthewari ko regularize karna.. Thank u in advance

    I have plot in seven hills residency sr. 99 charholi ..behind pride world city ...I haven't started construction ...so if I want to start construction any guidelines ? ....note it's not a na plot

      सर्वे नं. ९९ मधील सर्व प्लॉट्स हे शेती ना विकास झोन मध्ये येतो. आणि MRTP Act 1966 च्या नियमानुसार शेती ना विकास झोन मध्ये कुठल्याही प्रकारचे बांधकामास परवानगी मिळत नाही व करूही शकत नाही. सर्वे नं. ९९ मध्ये प्रचंड प्रमाणात अनधिकृत बांधकाम करण्यात आलेले आहेत. जो पर्यंत महानगरपालिकेच्या DP मधून झोन प्रकार बदलत नाही तो पर्यंत काहीही करू शकत नाही. झोन प्रकार बदलण्यासाठी सर्वांनी एकत्र येउन प्रयत्न केले पाहिजे
