newbie here. watching many of your videos. Thank you for sharing and educating others. You make it look too easy. I'm still having difficulty getting paint mixture and air pressure. Im using Iwata HP series airbrush. Thank you again.
I have been watching a lot of your videos since I just started learning how to use an airbrush. Picked up a cheapie Amazon kit and followed some of your how to set things up videos. I got the brushes dialed in best I can and they do OK other then the odd tip dry or spatter issue. But that's mainly me still not proficient at mix ratios or matching air pressure to the mix. I am learning how to notice those issues earlier and correct them before I whack a huge blob or run onto my test areas. In the next month or so will be looking at upgrading the brush or borrowing a friends Iwata for a bit. thanks for the time you take to teach and do these video.
Thank you so much for the kind feedback I am glad you are enjoying the videos and finding them helpful and they are helping you to fast track your airbrush learning 👍🏻👍🏻
Great tutorial as always carsten although i tried that clicking the fingers to turn my alu comp panel black but it didn't work can you explain this in more detail 🤣🤣😉
Lol 😂 I was actually out on the road when the earthquake hit, sitting behind a B double truck and under a bridge (not ideal) I felt it but not as much as Meg who was home and everything rattled 😱

Hadn’t really thought about the differences of smoke vs fire. It could cross over easily. So cool. I’m wanting to take your class but I stay stumped on which model airbrush to get ..either an Iwata Eclipse or Procon Boy PS289 .. I have a couple of cheapos I do broad areas with. I’ve been ready to get more serious for a while now but I can’t decide what model LoL 😆 Indecision has me at a standstill.
Thank you , the eclipse or PS.289 are both great brushes, I feature the eclipse in our online course however I have featured both iwata and Creos in my TH-cam vids , I know this doesn’t help but it’s totally up to you 🤔👍🏻
Great work!! I have a big problem spraying white. I’m using white acrylic paint thinned the same as the other colors of acrylic. My problem is I can’t see the paint coming out of my brush for building my layers up and the paint starts spidering out with me. I’ve played with different pressures with my compressor to no avail. Is there some secret to spraying white that I am missing? It’s hard to paint when you can’t see anything coming out of the brush. I can clearly see your white paint coming out of your brush so I’m missing something.
It is difficult and lots of whites will tip dry , play around with your mix and psi as you need to get that dialed in, if it’s spidering I would assume that it’s too thin and psi is too high . Hope that helps 👍🏻
Thanks for the video. I you don't mind, I have a question about my airbrush compressor and I cant find the aswer: I just bought my first airbrush and air compressor (Master Airbrush G233-SET Multi-Master Performance G233 Pro Se and Master Airbrush Model TC-40T). My compressor get "out of air" after 5 minutes using my airbrush: the psi goes down and I can't use the airbrush until the compressor start working again, usually after a few seconds up to a minute. The compressor gets very hot. I checked and the fan is working. What can it be? Is that normal? Thanks for your help!

Very nice effects! Guess that with something like this knowing when to stop is as important as knowing the technique :) Thanks for sharing!

So how would I go about adding a orange flame type of colour to it, a transparent orange paint ?
Wonderful performance
super... can I install a 0.3mm on that 771. 😇
Very nice instructions 😃
Thanks for these videos.
Do you use transparent or opaque colors for something like this?
Great video. Thanks

Carsten, I'm wondering about what PSI you're using here. I'm getting my white paint mix dialed in, but technique continues to plague me, lol.
