Hi, really enjoyed the video. We live in Hungary and travel to UK and then sometimes down to Spain and then back to Hungary. In a 9 year old Model S, so reduced range to yours but stull little to no problem. We also sleep in the car with a Tesla dreamcase mattress. If you want to see the channel it is Tessies Travels. We look forward to seeing more videos from you.

2:12 why didn’t you use autopilot on this long stretch of road?

@@calebmcclure3893 i dont trust it enough when the family is in the car. I use it when I am on my own, but dont feel confortable with it. I use the cruise control all the way, but I prefer to do the steering myself.

Phantom braking is a big issue and if you’re not concentrating it’ll kill you. I do wish Tesla would sort this but they don’t seem interested, been going on for years.

@@Yorkshire-z5v i have not noticed that. Sometimes, when on cruise control, if i am on the first lane and there is an off ramp it will change the speed from 70mph to 40mph, and if there is a truck behind it can be very dangerous, because the regen braking is quite strong. But overall I don’t trust autopilot and I am conscious of the limitations of cruise control control

Did you bother with getting a German or French vignette? They’re about 5 euros or so
