While I knew you could stop new spawns through leaving 1 clam behind, I never thought it had any use outside of "when the enemy pushes, I want less clams to ever end up in our base" Great video!
amazing video, this is extremely helpful. also it would be good to mention that having a power clam gives passive special charge to the team having it, and if both teams have one they cancel each other from having it, also one little benefit of having a power clam is that if you die with it the opposing team get no clams from your death, while having just clams will make you drop clams, ik it is not better than making less clams spawn in the map but its something, and if you are a frontliner and dont wanna risk giving free clams just give them to your backline, all of that means that you prob want at max one power clam and you really only wanna make one when you plan on making a push soon

Oh i always thought pod locking might work without know for sure if it did or even knowing what it is called but i always locked pods on the enemies side so they have to find clams on our side instead if just getting them easlily in their spawn, and so all the clams spawn on our side so it easier to get them and make a push, but i suppose it makes more sence to lock our side pods instead, so thanks for correcting me and letting me know its better to lock my own side pods
Yep! The core mechanics do anyway. Just have to keep in mind how clam numbers have changed, 3 per pod now instead of 4 and 8 for a power clam instead of 10

I knew about locking, but not the tidbit about power clams. That's neat. Now if only my Solo-Q teammates would stop grabbing the single clams...
