Please even show the "problems" and obstacles, it will help us all learn. We are starting business in Thailand this year, also in Buriram but closer to Nang Rong. 😀
We are literally about 40 minutes away from Nang Rong, so you would be more than welcome to come over. I am still a bit camera shy and will of course keep the videos coming. It has been quiet this week but, I hope to do a catch up next week when the soil has been finally completed. 🙏
@@lemonfarmthailand Well I don't do camera myself. :) But we will be going to Buriram this year fairly regularly for different reasons. In the future, when you are a bit more set up we could pop over. :)

I have two properties with my Thai loved one and after I will retire this year, plan to build a house on the first one.
The other is for a resort, closer to beach area.

To be honest, I left the UK for a year 15 years ago and never looked back Not going to go into too much details, but everything I had came with me. My wife and I still work and this will be our forever home when it is built. Thanks for the comment and support.

As looking to do same in buriram for house build
Hi Gazza, Total landfill is 4 rai. The depth is 1.5 meters but in some areas a little more and we got a total price of 300k baht. In our previous video, we advertised the company and they work all over the Buriram area. I anticipate that after the soil has settled, we will need to add another 100k baht worth to compensate for settling of the soil as some areas were ponds that have been filled in. Hope this helps. 🙏🙏

Not quite Steve. This land was given to my wife by her parents, and the pond mistake came to light this month when the local land office came to survey it and the neighbors land in preparation for handing out red chanote papers. Turns out that most of them had encroached onto that piece of government land. All good, though, as they are building a road there next year. 😉
