Just finished soil works in one of our farms. Stage 1 About 1 and a half rai out of 4 rai. About 1.5-2.0m deep took over a thousand trucks. Quoted 130k and then came back and said they underestimated so we ended up paying 200k all up. Family connection what do you do. All good and still pretty cheap I reckon. Finding soil in parts of Issan difficult now so that might be part of your delay after all it is earthworks season now
You still did well. I agree on the delay. It could be any reason, but I won't get angry at them.

Surely there are other dirt companies you could use in the meantime?
We have an agreed deal and it is payment upon completion. I am sure they will finish it soon as they need my money.

@@LungAnt Verbal agreement. I am pretty straight with these workers. I always come good when they do what they promise.
