Thanks Dave the Thais are very efficient, that guy on the tractor is a great worker, as an aside I went to Nonsuwan hospital yesterday with my wife who had hurt her knee, in and out in 30 minutes and charged 50 baht, the hospital was immaculate with what seemed like 10 staff for every patient, I was very impressed.

Hi Alan. I have nothing but praise for Thai hospitals. I was rushed into our local hospital here in Lah Han Sai a few months back with chest pains. Hooked up to an ECG, fully checked out and let go after half a day. Thankfully it was just a trapped nerve, the total cost including medicine and care was 90 baht. Less than the cost of a prescription in the UK. Great stuff! Thanks as always for watching the video. 🙏🙏

Did I hear you right?
170,000 for stage 1 and 1000 trucks @ 330/ truck =330,000 for stage 2?
Just bought a 4 rai plot last year and wife wants to do this as well

Hi, The first stage would have cost in the region of 176,000 Baht. This included two very deep ponds which amounted to around one rai in total. However, we have been given a total price for the four rai as a job lot. I had to pay the first 176,000 Baht after they finished as part of the agreement. Not really sure how many trucks it will take, but I am sure it will be over 1500 trucks. Regards your second question. I asked and they said each truck is about 9 tonnes. I would get your wife to get a few quotes as these people tend to work in groups in the local area. Prices do vary depending on which province you live in. Hope this helps.
