Cody_talks doctor Hernandez porras down in tijuana, he's an amazing surgeon, mostly specialized in the US, my surgery wasn't cheap though, it was about 3K I think and you'll need to book future appointments for follow-ups. as far as me, I am pretty good, doing the catheterizations once a week, I have a future appointment in a few months

Cody, As a nurse I can honestly say pee and farting comes with the territory. I am really sorry you are going through all this. Mouth graphs makes me cringe! I can’t even imagine the pain that would be .... 🤢 What is healing time for your mouth if that has to happen? I was an ICU nurse and worked in ICU for 7-8 years. I have had to hold men’s....parts... to help them urinate, I’ve been 💩 d on, I’ve had feeding tube on me... none of that will bother the hot nurse 🙃 I hope you are doing well. That was a very good explanation & I hope yours is VERY easily repaired! Xoxo

a bit if a stretch, but if the panic attacks are making feel a little insane, i suggest clonazepam. i have severe anxiety/panic attacks and those are the only things that make me feel sane. but other than that, i wish you the best, and hope all goes well x

More of a funny comment than a question...one of my best friends is a nurse and naturally (I am using that word sarcastically), she and I were talking about phalloplasty over dinner the other day. At one point, I stopped mid-conversation to tell her that the best visual I was given was in a TH-cam video (yours) where you described the surgery using a pic of squidward's nose. I am guessing she'll never be able to unsee that, but she did say it was quite helpful and "yeah, pretty much the same shape" 😂 Aka thanks. In all seriousness, though, it was useful and my friend was already knowledgeable about phalloplasty stuff so it was cool to just casually talk about it like that

Has anyone really talked to someone who has had a successful phalloplasty for several years? Just curious, as I figured that might be a great way to learn more and put more minds at ease. I sort of thought that might be. Everyone's journey is different, Maybe some people prefer privacy, or maybe they transitioned so long ago they feel naturally the gender they are now.

Possibilities leap immediately to mind, dilation-wise: 1) You visit the Dr.'s office, and who ends up dilating you but RPN Crushworthy? 2) Ask Andrew - he seems down to help with just about anything. Have a drink and an Ativan first, film it, put it behind a paywall. $ problems solved. ;)

Hey Cody, how long did it take for you to get your stricture fixed? I'm having a difficult time finding a Dr. Who will actually give me a date and most of their schedulers are telling me the waitlist is just as long as the phalloplasty/meta waitlist... :/ any advice for a brotha? Thank you!
Cody_talks it's ok. I guess it's part of transitioning, I had Dr. Marci Bowers. Which is a HUGE lesson for me and anyone transitioning. I loved her staff and her work, but she is GYN focused. People getting meta should stick with someone who is urology for their background. I picked her because she was the most well known and because she could explain things well to patients. As well as the only one I knew of who did metoidioplasty with UL. But Once I had a problem I was in my own. Trying for a urologist she suggested in LA. He's good but zero commitment in a timeline of action. So now trying surgeons in Seattle. It's kind of like if you don't see them from the get go, you're put on the back burner. It's understandable but sheesh. Thanks for the explanation man! Gives me hope to keep searching!

I don’t know if this is a weird question but like how “big” can the penis be on average (after phalloplasty) English is not my first language sorry if that confuses anyone I’m trans myself just trying to know more about bottom surgery
The pouch of urine can form into a bunch of little stones over time. Talk about effing pain. I had that. Didn’t figure out the problem till I was about 24 yo. Once in awhile a stone would come out. You’re welcome....( my urologist said he’d never seen that. )
