Everybody likes french fries and potato chips. But I'll cook the famous potato dish, latkes. It's simple and easy. Honestly, I think that latkes are the easiest potato recipe out there 🙂
You will need:
4 Potatoes
2 eggs
salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flour
Vegetable oil for frying
